The nails retaining the fillets weren't countersunk so had to ask for this to be done and the outside of the window is a bit of a mess. Fortunately they're first floor windows so not visible.

I have just had my back bedroom window totally replaced by Cloudy2Clear and the whole experience has been a pleasure. My window is over a sizeable conservatory which I was concerned would bee a problem regarding access.
