Glad I read the reviews. Was just about to place an order. Thank you so much to the earlier reviewers, perhaps little can be done about your own situation you have saved me and countless others from wasting money. A similar set up to Love Necklace, who purported to be from Sweden, when in fact they were Chinese and their greed knows no ends.
Very slow delivery and item missing many of the features shown in the ad. Bought a bag for travel..has no pen holders, no zip section in front compartment, no pull out key ring, no clip together zip ends. No magnetic fastener on the sunglasses section. Should have rfid but in view of the lack of other advertised features I suspect that is missing too. Ad was showing last day of Sale but still showing that weeks later
STAY CLEAR this company is an absolute rip off. One of many chinese companies that ont tell you they are chinese. Advertised high quality goods that arrive cheap and cheerful. One communication telling you to send back to china for refund then silence. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS.
Dreadful company. Shoes cheap and nasty. No more orthopaedic than a pair of flip flops! Can’t return for refund and have to be sent back to China which means more expense and you’ll still not get your money back. Don’t ever buy them they are worthless and you’ll lose your money. The company should be reported to the Trading Standards Commission! If I could give NO stars I would!!
AVOID CLOVESE LIKE THE PLAGUE, CHEATS
Got an advert from these for a "Cashmere" long sleeved polo shirt, reduced from £65 to £26.99 + postage. They never in any literature mentioned they were a Chinese company or I would not of bought anything from them. So I paid £63.96 for two polo shirts. They arrived a I immediately noticed they were not cashmere, the label said they were 95% polyester and 5% spandex. They have been a nightmare trying to get them to give return details, just received them today, checked the delivery price with Evri (who delivered them) and its £61.20 to return to China. They will not do refunds unless you return them first even though they know they did not and do not supply what they advertise. Suggest everyone does not buy anything from them as they are obviously CHEATS. Avoid Chinese goods not being sold in the UK from UK bases.
