Wildcraft.com sent a product of the wrong size. I have called them 4 times and responded to the ticket 4 times but no response. Product is not picked up and not providing refund. 3 days ago they asked me to wait for 72 hrs. Today they are saying the same.
Beware of wildcraft. The online buying experience is pathetic. They hold your money and don't respond.

I purchased 4 large suitcases due to they international warranty but never experienced such a bad customer service when it came to make a claim for 2 damaged suitcases which is covered under the guarantee. Even though the claim is approved they are not willing to issue the vouchers after number of weeks has elapsed stating I had a claim for only one suitcase not for two as I originally claimed - it is absolutely nightmare to make a claim with Wildcraft - not worth the time and hassle - always making a Drama out of a Crisis!!!
Staff is not trained properly to handle customer's claim in a professional and timely manner-, many times staff are confused with a lot misunderstanding in processing a simple claim - very disappointed in the staff and the company who does not care about their customers!!!
Purchased a bag on 5thJune2023 and returned the bag since it was different than the one delivered. Bag was picked from me on 12th June 2023 they refunded my amount today 2nd Aug 2023 after running behind the support multiple times they don't follow their 7 days refunds policy. After emailing many higher guys in the wildcraft I was able get attention. I would prefer buying from Amazon or Flipkart never on wildcraft.com again.
