Horrible experience with this company. Constant outages and utterly incompetent customer support. My service is down more than it is up, and when they try to "fix" it they make it worse. There are many many hosts out there, pick a different one.

I bought a Server yesterday with my credits to make a rust server for me and my friends. The Support told me everything and without any knowledge I could easily setup my own rust server. Thank you for the good experience

I decided to go with Clovux for my web hosting needs and while the price was very reasonable, I felt the support was lacking.

After placing my order and accessing my account, I decided to open a sales ticket (#192307) and ask about a dedicated IP for my account. The ticket was opened on August 12, 2022. I did not hear anything back and decided to submit a follow-up reply on August 20, 2022. As of today, August 23, 2022, I did not hear anything back. Seeing that they had a live chat agent online, which is rare, I took my chances and got in touch with an agent. I was told they may actually offer this and would have someone message me back on my ticket. I later decided to cancel services and close the ticket.

While I would love to recommend them, I cannot, in good faith recommend this hosting provider.

Update: It seems Clovux has flagged this review as they do not think it is legit. Please reference Invoice #20030, Invoice Date: August 12, 2022. I have also submitted my invoice to Trustpilot.

While I understand no company wants to have bad reviews, flagging reviews in hopes to remove legit experiences is not the way to go about this.

I've been customer for years now and I can say I never got this great support.

I used a VPS with them for years and I never had any issue. They use OpenVZ, which works fine if you don't need KVM. For occasional low-level questions which relating to the provisioning, for example about kernel modules, their helpful team will answer you precisely and succinctly.

I tried out Clovux for my server and it works great! I haven't yet had the chance to put it under much stress but so far it works amazing! I've had a few issues, which were swiftly resolved by Clovux support! I would highly recommend them because they have a great service with great support at an affordable price. Absolutely no problems so far! Plus, you can pay with cryptocurrency which is a plus for me. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Especially if you can find a promo code, it's a great value and has basically no performance issues. Can be a little bit hard to set up if you have to import an existing world, but once everything is set up, its a great service that works with multicraft, so it's easy to move files with Filezilla and install plugins.
