Replying to my last review that y'all have replied back to months later. I want a significant amount and I went to redeem not only the next day did y'all take over 30,000 out of my account and left me roughly 12,000 to redeem I also had pending redemptions that went through all the stages. I have screenshots of everything and then y'all closed my account and sent me no reason why but I can only assume it's because y'all did not want to pay out your reply to my last review was inaccurate saying I was given a reason as to why my account was closed which is false I had gotten no email after y'all closed my account

I think this is one of the best up and coming casinos. I play alot and this casino has a great selection of games and most importantly they don't play games when it's time to cash out. Two thumbs 👍 up.

Am on the fence about depositing me first $1000 or so to try this site out after seeing they do seem to actually pay out and dont play BS games like a lot of others do and just decide to ban you for completely made up, hilariously obviously BS such as "multiple accounts" and "exploitation" (whatever that even means) like you see happen constantly to people as soon as they go to redeem. Those sites have no problem taking your money, of course, though. Its just apparently all of the sudden something they "noticed" when its time for them to return the favor and not literally rob you. Also funny how many of those sites think that they can just put in a part into their terms that states they can do whatever they want with your purchased SC on a whim and without reason. Which they can't. You can't just shove whatever hilariously and objectively illegal thievery/lies into your terms you want and think that just because people clicked accept that that means your illegal terms are now magically okay. If things were that simple you could commit any crime you want as long as you tricked someone into signing your 500 page contract that you hid a "right to m*rder you clause" into.

So its nice that im not seeing any of that utter nonsense going on in reviews thus far. Which is good on them... The scum sites that use those tactics are, shockingly to absolutely nobody, the ones that keep getting banned, sued, bank blocked, charge backed, class-actioned, and generally attacked from all sides into extinction. As they deserve.

But ... I can't help but feel severe apprehension at some of the supposed owner responses to reviews on here borderline doxxing people, being extremely rude, and going as far as to stalking and digging into peoples review history and attacking their reviews based on said history, which is frankly a REALLY bad look and does the opposite of what the owner probably intended, that being to invalidate the bad review in question, and just makes people hesitant to involve stacks of their cash into the trust of said owner due to the behavior. Just my opinion anyways. Maybe im wrong. Happens extremely often according to my wife...

So all that said... I'm going to put middle ground review score for now, and give the owner the benefit of the doubt and assume he is probably just tired of dealing with turds on review websites and maybe lost his patience, and deposit and see if I can land a redemption. If all goes well, I'll change this to a glowing 5. Not only that, but will happily also share this website to my admittedly pretty large discord group of gambling fiends that recently reached a solid 12,000 members as a trustworthy, solid place to spend some cash that you were probably supposed to pay the rent with!

We shall see.

Crypto only withdrawal and it’s taken over 5 days to process my redemption through crypto….which is usually like an hour max. Now it’s still sitting on the last step for another full day. Stay away from this site.

I received my withdrawal today I’m so happy they are amazing whoever is complaining don’t believe I know there support is kinda slow but I actually got my withdrawal today before it even says when i track redemption it still says processing but I received it before

Great casino with lots of options. My first redemption went through very quickly, it took less than a day to complete. I only have two things that bring this review from a 5 down to a 4 star: the VIP system and 10x play-through on table games. The VIP system is seemingly pretty difficult to level up in, and I wish there were a bit more CB in the mix for the daily VIP calendar. Additionally, it wasn’t made clear that there was a 10x play through on table games only. It’s not too big of an issue, but rather than being hid in the terms and conditions, it would be nice if it was displayed in the package to be purchased. Otherwise, this is a great casino and a lot of effort seems to be put in by the CEO to continuously improve it.

They gave me some promotional coins. I ended up winning about 2500. It got delayed in their withdrawing process. They put it in for "review " and said i abused the promotion and closed my account

1 More Update: After giving them another chance, I will likely not be back. Hundreds spent to hit the "free spins" with a "win" of $3 is pretty bad. Its not a bad site...it runs smooth and I found an easier way to manage the crypto redemption, but spending hundreds to win $3 bucks is enough for anyone to walk away. Good luck if you choose to play here. I am still impressed with the personal CEO responses, but cant continue to support a site after this last $3 "win" I had.

Update- I may have been overly critical in my initial critiques, but a personalized response has softened my opinions and convinced me to raise my rating. Not only did I receive a personalized response, this response was not canned and actually touched on topics from my review. Understanding the challenges, and allowing us a peek behind the curtain of decision making, gives me a bit more confidence in the site and people vested in it. Was it harsh to blame a cold streak on the site? Maybe. But it was a really COLD cold streak! All in all, I appreciate the CEO touching on the main issue I had, which was redemptions. His response, and the information provided, definitely convinced me to stick around and give them a more long term shot.

Are you a finance bro that loves moving crypto from place to place, then you may like this site. If you win, which you may if you are new, I hope you know how to redeem via crypto, because that's it. Their terms and conditions indicate that you can receive redemptions via the means of purchase, but that's false. The ONLY option is via crypto.

The redemption option, coupled with the absolute obvious throttling after redemption are enough for me to bail after a single redemption. They may say it's "random," but i can assure you there is nothing random about winning a little, then redeeming, and then losing for days and days after. It's blatantly obvious that you are throttled after hitting that "redeem" button, but in their defense, most of these sites do the same thing. All in all, it's a decent site, but the blatant throttling and singular way of redemption was enough for me to close my account and go back to the sites that have treated me fairly. While that's a short list in the world of social casinos, they do exist. If you play here, don't redeem until your are ready to close your account....because once you redeem, it's over for you.

I was mislead thinking I’d get 5 cluck bucks and only getting one but everything else especially verification went smooth and quick about to dive into some games now fingers crossed maybe the rating could go up but right now a 21/2 or 3 is appropriate for the MIs lead

THEY DONT LET YOU REDEEM AT ALL. Very poor site on all aspects. Game providers are foreign and not common like the well known ones. Customer service is POOR and GARBAGE and they name call you when you call them out on their faults. WORST SITE EVER.
