What can I say about Clustermarket and their awesome team?

For starters, the entire team is full of passionate people working towards a common goal- and that is clear. The customer service through any level of management is hands down, one of the best me and my team have experienced.

They are extremely flexible, and willing to work along side your organization to help achieve your goals in using their software. For example, if you require a certain function that CM does not currently have - they are happy to explore and integrate it into the system. I truthfully do not know of many companies who are willing to go above and BEYOND service, and flexibility like Clustermarket.

I would highly recommend this software, not only because it saves me hours upon hours of administrative work, but because you actually get a real human when something isn't 'working' - and they meet you with a consultative and problem solving approach.

After accidentally deleting entries from an admin account, I asked for being promoted from instructor to admin, because the former admin has left the lab anyway.
I'm rather pleased about the ease and promptness, first of all of the quick reply to my request and secondly because of the rapid change made.

Great booking system. Members of Staff are helpful and competent with excellent response time. The team is also good at listening to customer's feedback and acting on it. I recommend.

We began using Bookkit when we went back to the lab during the pandemic, not only to schedule equipment, but also to ensure physical distancing and to keep track of which rooms have been used by which researcher. Bookkit has proven to be very flexible and useful. I reached out to the Bookkit Academy with a question, and quickly received a very helpful and polite reply with exactly the information I was needing. Very happy with Bookkit.

I'm finding Clustermarket booking system very useful, with clear and visual features which help us to manage bookings. It takes a little bit to get used to the system but that's the same for any other program new to a user. Once you have all you need set up , everything else it's just the case of a couple of selections to either make a booking, pulling reports, cancel or set up a new account. It all interlinks very well. On addition to this is the team behind the scenes. They've always been very helpful and patient with my multiple questions and when we had an issue, they didn't stop until they resolved it. They've always had a very proactive, problem-solving approach. I recommend them not only for their Bookkit Clustermarket booking system but also because they are a very good team running this company.

The Clustermarket and Bookkit team and service are the best new service ever created, they are fully professional and full of energy, it is the best free product for academia that I have ever decided to adopt at our central research lab facility. The fully packed features and services that they provide has certainly enhanced our workplace for the better and with super quality and crisp interface that is extremely user friendly, I can only say that we are extremely happy with the transition to this revolutionary booking system which much enhances our platform and takes our central lab to the next possible level, there is nothing to complain about here whatsoever! This tool is very handy and free. We had been looking for a new booking system for some time and are glad we started using this one. The crew are very helpful. They reply very promptly and provide helpful answers. They uploaded all equipment for us, which saved a lot of time.

I have recently started using the Bookkit system. The site is intuitive & very useful as it integrates the charging within the booking system.

What I have of particular value is the prompt and helpful support offered by Elizaveta Alekseeva the
Business Development Manager who has made the whole process very simple. Her experience and suggestions have been invaluable to us.

The support team are excellent and have been hugely helpful with any queries I have had. I have some suggestions on making the system work a little better and we have also discussed how to action those changes.

I requested assistance with amending an online laboratory booking system. That assistance was provided very promptly and the action; changing the lab and equipment location without my input, taken was exactly what I needed.

We've only just adopted Bookkit so it's early days. However, thus far their staff have been extremely helpful, responded to questions very quickly, and welcomed our input and feedback. We are happy with things so far and look forward to the new features which will make it even better for us.
