Amazing process from start to finish! Sold my vehicle with Clutch. Process was seamless and quick!

I first contacted Clutch in February but was unsure how their process worked. I followed up again in April, and Adeeb, the representative, answered all my questions and gave me confidence in choosing Clutch. On the day of the sale, I arrived at the scheduled location, and the process was smooth and professional. Ayyub, the inspector, examined my car and provided clear, transparent updates. The transaction was quick and efficient. When I sell my next car, Clutch will be my first choice.

The purchasing process was smooth, easy, and convenient from start to finish. Everything initially seemed perfect, and I was really happy with my decision.

Unfortunately, things started going downhill right after the 3-month mark. First, the battery failed and had to be replaced. Shortly after, I was told that two of the wheel bearings needed replacement, which was unexpected and frustrating. Now, to make matters worse, the AC has suddenly stopped working altogether.

Within just 6 months of purchase, I’ve already spent at least $2,000 on repairs. It’s extremely disappointing to run into multiple issues so soon after buying the car, especially after such a promising start. While the buying experience was seamless, the reliability of the vehicle has been a major letdown. I expected better quality and inspection standards, and this has seriously affected my confidence in the purchase.
