I ordered a color and didn't match.went through site to return they said keep it and order other color and would receive 30% off.well never received the email for discount and reorder.i went and tried several times and nothing so now ordered another color I hope will match.although I went through the help line for a color recommendation only for it to tell me use color I already tried ..what a joke.if this color doesn't work im done had high hopes and still do.so after some back and forth all is good and I received my order and was a perfect match and a COMPLETE NOVICE FIRST TIMER it came out wonderful thier producrs work and work very well it was easy and am satisfied completely.just customer service had some issues and think they are giving me my rebate.so all is well and highly recommend

Absolute scam company.

Offensively overpriced, They will sell you a 2 oz bottle of acetone for $25. Instruct you in a 5 step process where every step requires a $20 2 oz bottle of “Clyde’s” solution.

Absolutely insane. I don’t believe any of these 5 stars are legitimate. Go to Home Depot and pay 10% for twice as much. They are purely here to take advantage of you.

Ordered leather dye and cleaner,
dye arrived dried up and unusable. Called customer service for 3 days no answer, emailed customer service asked that a human call me about my problem, no answer. Not able to talk to a human and after several weeks of requests to an AI customer support, I finally recieved replacement product.

I went from ivory to green and was able to achieve that in 3 thin coats. ugly marketplace chairs became gorgeous vintage masterpieces. I misted the air and damped my sponge both with water to make the blending smooth and not too thick

Ordered their product and never received it. Contacted customer service several times, given an invalid tracking number every time. They no longer responded, Not recommended.

Pruchase 1 to try and kept getting feeds and was struggling with some wear and tear (so to speak) on my seats.

Works a charm and the colour looks as if the seats are back to when the car was first purchased

This product is a one and done. I was AMAZED with the results. There is no bleed (I couldn't believe it) and the Varsity jacket I was refurbishing looks brand new. I HIGHLY recommend this product. One small jar of navy blue restoration cream (the colour match was perfect) did the trick.

Rather unorthodox application on my B&O H100 headphones which the colour from the leather rubbed off and was brown/black. Used the nude colour and finished off with the conditioning cream looks brand new now, it’s a ripper, love it and fast delivery. Colour tubs come with a couple of applicators so it was super easy to apply. I wish I could add a photo to this review.
