Deliver defective rims
Purchased a set of wheels (4), two of them was so uneven that they could not be ballanced.
CMWheels wanted me not only to carry the cost of the extra swap that was needed on another set of rims, but also all the shipment cost for the return and for the new rims, and first get a refund afterwards, this risk is not something i can accept! as there is a risk when you remove the wheels, and i then need to keep to 2 defective wheels.
So now i just wasted a lot of money as we could not come to an agreement.
This is not the place for me to purchase rims in the future.

Hi Jesper,
We have a very straight forward process for the return / replacement of wheels and give customers 2x options;
Option 1;
We collect the wheels from you, as soon as they arrive back from us we send the replacements right away.
Option 2 (just to speed up the process for the customer)
If you need the replacement wheels urgent (prior to the old ones coming back to us) we ask the customer to pay for the new set. This is simply a holding deposit. As soon as the old set arrives back, this full payment is refunded so the customer is not out of pocket at all.
Unfortunately us, as well as any other company shipping worldwide cannot offer replacement goods prior to the return of the old ones or without a holding deposit on the new ones being sent as a security that we receive the old ones back.
I'm sorry if you did not find this acceptable, but we have to have policies in place to protect ourselves and our customers but I must reiterate the options offered to you would not have cost you anything extra so apologies if you miss understood.
