Coach America Opiniones

We contacted Dominick at Coach America for bus service between our hotel and our wedding venue. The entire process was a pleasure including dealing with Dominick who fielding a number of questions about the process. The price was very competitive and the driver Kai was there on time and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this team of professionals.

MVP Camps had an excellent experience with Coach America and Dominick. Dominick was professional and provided for all our needs and was always available to us if any issues came up. He was extremely courteous and respectful. We recommend Coach America and Dominick very highly.

Good Coach! Worth it! Thank you men

We had a wonderful experience using Coach America for our transportation needs. Anthony, the company rep was very hands on and efficient with all our needs. The driver was friendly, prompt and very professional. I would highly recommend using this company for all transportation needs.

Our point of contact (Anthony) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We had to change our itinerary lots of times and he was extremely patient and proactive the entire time. He made sure that our itinerary was correct and that the driver received the correct instructions. I believe we had a guest who was running late and we heard the driver was very kind. I really do recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with Coach America on their luxury coach. Our driver, Ronald, was exceptional—professional, friendly, and skilled. The coach was comfortable and well-equipped, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend! Five stars!

Our driver, Louis, arrived promptly and was a gracious driver/host! He was able to quickly adjust to unexpected changes and displayed a very patient and pleasant attitude. The ride was smooth and comfortable. We would certainly contact Coach America for other excursions.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They have truly professional and courteous drivers with amazing representatives to support you in any endeavor. Overall, excellent! We will be utilizing them in the near future for other events.

Responsive, punctual, and fair pricing.
Our organization will be sure to use them again.

Our salesperson, Dominick R., was so accommodating. We needed to make several changes and he helped us. The bus showed up on time and all went well. Thank you!

Coach America is great!! I used their company to charter a bus for a student choir tour and had such a positive experience. Chris, Senior Sales Representative, was so great to work with to book, plan and confirm the details of our tour ahead of the charter. On-site, the bus driver, Mr. Terry, was also so great to work with and our group had wonderful things to say. If you are looking to charter a bus for a school group visiting another city, definitely book with Coach America! We are looking forward to working with them a couple more times this year too!

My organization has worked with Chris M. at Coach USA multiple times for trips from NJ to DC. They have been incredible to work with. Always on time, flexible and with the cleanest busses. We look forward to working with them again.

We did not have a good experience with Coach America. Our bus was entirely too hot. We needed to ask the bus driver multiple times to please turn the air down, and eventually to just turn the AC on. The televisions didn’t work, so our bus full of children couldn’t watch the movies we planned to watch. The toilet in the bathroom was super shallow, which really freaked out our toddler. The bus was late to pick us up at the end of the day, so we got home later than we had planned for.

Dylan from Coach America did reach out to me about this review almost immediately. He shared that this was likely a subcontracted bus and driver and not one from their actual fleet. He seems extremely passionate about this company and the quality they are known to provide, which is not indicative of this review. He also offered to make a donation to our organization, which certainly goes above and beyond thoughtful and was certainly not my intention with my review. If we were to need their services in the future, I would feel comfortable giving them another try provided they can ensure that we will be provided with their bus and staff.

Coach America took care of our large school group and transported them to and from the airport during a very busy holiday. They were on time and made it easy to contact the driver. We were given driver contact information the night before. Coaches were clean and comfortable and Leon made the process easy. I would definitely recommend them to other agents.

Everything went smoothly.

Anthony was very responsive from the very first email. For a minute, I worried when the driver hadn't contact me before the trip, but Anthony took care of it right away. I talked with our driver Fred before we arrived at the airport, and he was right on time. We had a school group of 27 traveling from Hartford Airport to Yale, and we will definitely use them again.

John and Chris did great work in setting us up with the bus and staying on top of things during a very hectic time for them. They replied to all emails very promptly and put me at ease. Everything went very smoothly for us. Great team! Highly recommended.

Dominick Ricigliano did a great job of organizing our event and accommodating all of our transportation needs. Taylor was a great driver will request another ride soon

the driver ( Jennifer,) was on time. She was very friendly and patient with us. it was a smooth ride from Fairfield Ohio to Lansing Michigan. Thanks to the contact person Leon for making the arrangement for the trip.
Thanks Coach America company.

Our company took a charter to Port Canaveral for a cruise. This was our first time using a charter and the trip was excellent! I can't say enough great things about our driver, Jeremy. He was extremely safe, very polite and was attentive to all our needs including a couple stops we requested and allowing us ample time at these stops. The bus was also top notch; very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be using you next year and would like to put in a request for this same bus if available and the same driver (Jeremy). I hope you will pass this along to his supervisor as he should be commended for a job well done!

Thanks again for all your help,
Anne Wise
