Coach America Opiniones

We hired Coach America for my son's wedding this past Sunday and we couldn't have been happier! The bus was gleaming and super clean and our driver, Wing, was professional and skilled. He was early for our pick up which made us feel at ease. We had music synced from our phones and everyone had a fun time on the trips between the hotel and the venue. I want to thank the staff at Coach America: Sal Ciaravino, Paige Adams and in particular, our awesome account executive there, Leon Goldberg! Leon was so attentive to all our needs and he was accessible 24/7. We are recommending Coach America to our friends and family. Thank you again!

Thank you Coach America for helping me last minute when a company cancelled. Dylan and his team were diligent and quick in helping us when we thought our event was completely ruined.

I will be a Coach America customer for years to come!

Every communication was professional and prompt, buses arrived on time and the trip was a huge success.

Coach America showed up and saved my wedding when a company cancelled us last minute. Thank you to Dylan & the whole team!!

Coach America has been an absolute pleasure doing business with. Dylan Rosenthal is the best. He goes above and beyond to accommodate our school. Our students become very excited when they hear that we are riding with Coach America.

Great experience: professional and punctual. First time using Coach America and was on a short notice, will definitely used them for all future needs. Entire process and reservation was quick, friendly and professional management and drivers.

Coach America works extremely hard to meet your needs. Given today's market, good customer service is hard to find. They are readily available to work for you!

We had the BEST experience with our school sophomore trip! A week long trip in Northern CA. The bus was exceptionally nice, clean, and had plugs, everything our teen students need. Our driver Jose was by far the best, we will def. be requesting him and using Coach America again!

Coach America was able to accommodate two last minute trips when another charter company canceled our trips with little notice. Every communication was professional and prompt, buses arrived on time and the trip was a huge success. Thank you for coming to the rescue! It's been a pleasure working with you.

Coach America was so easy to work with! Thank you so much Sal for helping us on such a short notice!

So easy to work with Dylan! All the drivers were really great and communicated with the passengers really well! The drive went very smoothly.

Everything worked well. All drivers were punctual. No problems.

We used Coach America for a trip to Six Flags. Our driver Bo was polite and accommodating. We will be using Coach America for years to come.

Coach America has helped us successfully navigate a challenging transition back to athletics following the pandemic. Extremely accommodating of unexpected schedule and destination changes beyond our control. Our contact, Steve Ropas, has been accessible, responsive, and flexible in supporting our transportation needs through this difficult period.

Our first trip with Coach America was a great experience over all, from the booking of the bus to the actual field trip. We will definitely continue to use their service!

Steve has been able to provide transportation for our college this year without any issues. He follows up on trips before and after to make sure we're picking up in the correct locations he texts drivers names and cell phones to our staff so they know who is driving and in case there are any last minute changes. I highly recommend Steve and appreciate doing business with him

I have been in the tour and travel business for over 40 years and I have worked with hundreds of Motorcoach companies around the country. I am very impressed with the high level of customer service from Steve Ropas, as well as the quality of the motorcoaches they provide. Their drivers and coaches are first class.

Steve is a real pro. He’s always been very helpful.

Hands Down the BEST Coach Bus Company I have ever worked with. The Sales Rep responded quickly and was very professional. I got an amazing rate and the drive was incredible. Great communication and was on time. I will definitely be using this company for all my charter bus needs again.

Coach America reached out directly to us, and has been working with us every step of the way to acquire buses for various events. We have thus far been very happy with the accommodations made. They have a great turnaround time, a clean fleet, and good prices. James and Dylan are incredibly accommodating, and we absolutely will be utilizing them in the future, not just for our school sports, but will encourage our partner schools across a very large district to do so as well.
