Coach America Opiniones

Steve was great setting up a charter for our college team on short notice! 10/10 recommend! Drivers were courteous, professional, bus met our needs and exceeded expectations.

I am the Athletics Administrator for Adrian College, home of over 45 active sports! Putting all of the logistics together for so many teams, can be quite challenging at times...however, when you have a first rate company, like Coach America, it makes all the difference! They have been top notch, from first communication, to setting up the travel requests (and accommodating those), to the awesome bus driver customer service, to product! I am grateful I have found a company that I can trust to fulfill our travel needs, with expertise...I know I can count on them and this makes an incredible difference! Thank you from the entire Athletics staff, myself especially, and we look forward to this continued partnership!!

They are accommodating, communicate well and I appreciate all the communication that made our trip possible. I've already booked 2 more trips this month and any of my business going forward will be with Steve. He answers the phone when I call and responds to emails quickly. Amazing customer service!

This was my first time working with Coach America. I was very pleased with the ease of working with them and will work with them again when I need services they offer.

The staff is professional and asks all the right questions. We are repeat customers and look forward to using them more in the near future.

Every part of the booking process was easy! They were very accommodating. The buses were clean and the drivers were pleasant. The team was great at communicating to us and kind during every interaction. I highly recommend this company!

Drivers did a great job. They were on time and had great customer service.

We had a list minute request and Coach America was unbelievably helpful! Great service and we strongly recommend them.

Great, professional company! From booking to the experience, everything was on point. Driver was punctual, transport was clean and spacious. Great ride overall.

Wonderful company! Was able to help our school out with a last minute field trip request. Driver was really nice and got our kids down there and back safely. We will definitely use them again in the future!!

Incredible experience from the beginning and great customer service. It was a pleasure communicating with Chris he made the booking process a breeze. The bus service was great and the vehicles are clean. I look forward to doing more business with Coach America.

At the last minute I need 2 coach buses for an athletic run and Coach America found me from my Google search!!! Everyone I spoke to was friendly, accommodating and professional. They worked with me on getting the coach buses reserved, drivers confirmed, quotes received, etc. When our return trip was extended due to a weather delay, no problem. We will definitely be using them again.

Excellent experience dealing with Dylan. Was very receptive of our needs and was able to help us on a very short notice.

We've had a good experience with Coach America the few times we have used them. Dylan, who helped us book, was very friendly to work with and very accessible. The buses were clean and on time.

Had a really good service experience.
Steve stayed in touch with us to make sure everything went smoothly and well which we greatly appreciate it. Also bus driver was great would deffanitly request Jeffery for future use.

We could not be happier with the service provided. The busses were amazing. The drivers were gracious, cooperative with exemplary service. They even provided cold water bottles for passengers each day!!!! We could not be happier! Thank you!

We had a great experience with Coach America. Our bus was comfortable. Had no issues with AC which we usually do with other buses when traveling to Arizona. Steve was very kind, helpful and professional. One of our teens left their camera on the bus after our trip and Steve went out of his way to help us retrieve it. The family was most appreciative of this gesture. Our driver, Richard, was very accommodating and willing to make an extra stop on our way back for teens to get lunch.

Required Coach America's assistance with getting our team to our league's playoff games, and we could not be more pleased with the service. From the constant care delivered before and after service by their sales team (Steve Ropas) to the safe and quality driving, we would recommend Coach America to anyone.

We recently used Coach America for our Summer Retreat. We rented 7 buses for a trip there and a trip back. All 7 buses arrived together earlier than I had asked, the drivers were great, and they all stayed together for the entire 3 hour drive so all of our students arrived safely to camp together.
