Order not delivered, money lost
Order not delivered, and they will not reimburse.
At the end of October 2025, I submitted an order at cochesdemetal.es for around €100.
The order was never delivered although the transport company said they did (even with a false signature).
According to the cochesdemetal.es own regulations, they guarantee the delivery. However even though nothing was delivered they take no further action and tell me to sort it out myself. Of course the money is lost now.
Strong advice: stay away from this company, if anything goes wrong with an order you will loose the money. An unreliable company.

Pedido no entregado, pero no se reembolsará el dinero.
A finales de octubre del año pasado hice un pedido en cochesdemetal.es por unos 100€.
El pedido nunca fue entregado a pesar de que la empresa de transporte CorreoExpress afirmó que había sido entregado (con firma falsa).
He informado de esto a cochesdemetal.es varias veces en los últimos 3 meses y no hacen nada al respecto.
Mi consejo: mantente alejado de esta empresa, son muy poco confiables.
