I ordered from this company this is clearly a scam

Seems to be a pure scam. Their Chinese Sizes are not comparable to American and European standards. They even save fabric on sleeves. They asked to return a dress and never sent a replacement back.

If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered a skirt, the stitching was bad and it was uneven and miss-shapen.They make you pay to return to them also.They confirmed they received my return but tell me it will take 1 month to return my money to my account.I really doubt I will ever see this money again.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Unfortunately I made bad experiences with this company as well. I ordered a shirt for 35$ in August. After a dozen emails it finally artiv yesterday. It took them three f****** months to send me a shirt. Btw it’s too small but I won’t take the risk and send it back...don’t buy there fellas!!

The tracking indicated my item got delivered but I did not get it. I wanted to file a claim with my post office but they required the sender to submit the claim on their end first with the courier they used.

Cotton and Coco have given me the run a round. This has been absolutely horrible. All I want is the dress that I paid for. I did not get it so wanted to at least try to get compensation from the post office. Very disappointed.

Never received my order. Never got refund. After numerous attempts to contact them, I gave up. First excuse, was that it was out of stock. Then it became a matter of the refund will be in my account in weeks. Until it was downright no communication and still no refund. Good thing it was only a $26 top.

All I can say is - BEWARE. I am now of the opinion they are fraudulent company and the product I ordered was non-existent to start with. What do we call those people - thieves?

The company states on its Facebook page - “We believe that all woman deserve to look stunning by being able to buy unique designer styled clothing at affordable prices.”
Well I don’t look too stunning in a dress that would fit a skinny barbie doll and it was not really an affordable price when taking into account the quality. The same dress is on eBay for 70% cheaper!!!!!!!
What a con. I paid over $55 Australian and they had the nerve to put on the parcel that the value was $3.
Wish I read these reviews before.
Their return policy wording is also ambiguous and loose. The parcel has to be back in their office within 14 days. Not posted back within 14 days. Too bad if there is a postal service strike or there is a delay due to weather etc. If they don’t have the parcel in their hot little hands within 14 days of delivery to the consumer, it is too bad so sad. The parcel is not accepted and returned.
Not sure I want to spend over $20 postage ($38 if I want to send it express to get there within 14 days and that is not guaranteed) just to get the useless (and overpriced) dress sent back for me to put in the lifeline bin.
I guess pirates come in all forms.
JUST AN UPDATE
I posted a similar comment on their Facebook ad. Their way of dealing with it was to delete it and then block me from the ability to comment. Talk about censorship.

Similar to other reviews....i wish I'd seen this first. The 'boho' dress i bought is 2-3 sizes smaller than it should be. My arms don't even fit in it. It's not good quality and doesn't look like the picture. What a waste of $55.
It's from China, which is not clear on the website. It doesnt sound like refunds ever come through so I'm not even sure its worth spending anotjer $15 on postage..

Not too happy. Dress is very small size, typically Asian sizing, can't wear it so will give it to someone who might fit it. Not clear anywhere it is coming from China, so i won't return it. Don't buy from here its too difficult if things go wrong.

I am really happy with my purchase, the top i bought is well made, I am pleasantly surprised. It took a couple of weeks to get delivered.

I ordered a dress from here, I did receive it and the quality was good. It took about 10 days for me. No issues whatsoever.

This order took almost 2 months to arrive and once I got it I hardly recognized it. I ordered the Quinn romper and what I got looks like a LONG skinny version of the outfit. So disappointed! I may be able to do some alterations to make it wearable but will never look like the picture!

I have received my order, I think an 'express' option might be a good idea. Also very slow to reply to email. Product quality was good.

Looks just like a sister company to Milk and chocco. Do not buy from either of these companies. Poor quality materials, horrible customer service and expensive returns processes.

A new company by Milk and Choco. Terrible terrible company, don't buy here. Never answer emails, poor quality products. I posted a negative review on a dress and they removed the comment now I'm blocked 🙄

Took forever to get here, no communication issues. Products were pretty average.

Terrible. Product looks nothing like photo. Looks nothing like it was described. FALSE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING. APPALLING. WANTING A FULL REFUND.

I ordered from this company (the denim shirt dress) under the impression that it was run by two women in the States (Grace and Lilly). The dress has just arrived and it is very poor quality - I'm now under the impression that this is just another company based in China, posing as a great company in the States. Steer well clear - this is clearly a scam!

WARNING - Do not buy from this site!!!! Poorly made and cheap fabrics. I purchased two dresses. One dress had two different size pockets - one pocket was so small could barely stick your had in it. The sleeves on the other dress were different sizes and completely crooked. They make you pay for return shipping to China if you want a refund, which is very expensive. DO NOT BUY - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!

I just received the denim dress that was advertised on facebook. The ad on facebook made the material look very different then the dress I received. The quality was poor and the dress looked nothing like the ad. They also sent me a size small instead of a size large. Now I need to return. After reading the other complaints at what it would cost to ship back to China, I guess I will have to just eat the cost. Would never order from this company again !!!!!
