Great service. The silver coating on my ring faded. They sent me a new one without hesitation.

False advertising... the bracelet that I received does not say in "morse code" what is depicted in the photo on their website. My beads aren't in the same order. I've corresponded with customer support multiple times, sending the numerous photographs of the one I'd received that they requested in comparison to the one shown on their website. I'd really prefer that they send me the one that I ordered because the whole point was that the meaning of it was special to me, otherwise I'd like a full refund. I'm very disappointed. It seems like it would be an easy fix.

I love the ring! The color is beautiful and it sparkles in the sun. The message engraved on the band is a great reminder that I am stronger than I sometimes think I am. The ring is great but the customer support is what put this purchase over the top. I emailed about the sizing and asked to exchange the ring and someone responded to me right away. That is rare! I am very happy with my purchase (I ordered a few other items as gifts and my friends were thrilled with the quality) and with the prompt and helpful customer service. Five stars!

Pretty bracelet with an engraved message that resonated with me and probably many others who need a laugh when facing a challenge. It looks well made, arrived quickly and customer service is 5 stars.

Found them on Facebook, and ordered it appeared to be a very beautiful five stone bracelet. Once it was received, it looked nothing like the photo. Clearly the beads were glass, had no iridescence, and were obviously substandard materials. I had posted a comment on a Facebook ad, saying to save your money and they immediately reached out asking me for photos and a copy of my invoice. I was pretty much ghosted for about a week or so even though I sent them multiple photos, including side-by-side from their own advertisements and the product that I ordered. They’ve now offered me a 20% refund claiming I got exactly what I ordered. Yes, I got a bracelet with five stones. I did not get what I ordered. There is no iridescence and they look like dull, cheap beads.

Not only is the bracelet I ordered beautiful, but when I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong color, Customer Service was very quick to respond and send me the correct color without delay. I receive so many compliments on it... it is definitely a welcome addition to my jewelry box.

The website says 4-8 days delivery. Mine took 16. They say they have offices in the US, but their phone and shipping is from Singapore. They initially sent my order to Australia despite having the correct address in the US. Stick with something local.

I’m updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. Sarah reached out after my initial review and said that I would be receiving a full refund and a new bracelet. I have not received the refund.. honestly don’t really care about that part, just wanted my order done correctly. I am keeping this at 4 stars and not 5 simply because this was a hassle to get what I paid for. I appreciate the company’s willingness to send me my order and offer the refund.

I received the wrong order! The bracelet I ordered (and paid for) had 3 different birthstones in it,.. the one I received had only 2.
I have been in contact with “Sarah” for over a month now (since May 16th) and she has assured me that a replacement is being made and now on the way. However, it’s been about 2 weeks since this promise (June 14) was made and I have received no shipping information (as she said I would) and now radio silence when I reach out to customer service.
I emailed again on June 21, June 23, and now again today June 24 all with no responses.
So disappointing. This was a Mother’s Day gift and it’s now the end of June.

I ordered the wrong ring size for my daughter. I contacted customer service and they were extremely responsive and helpful. I was able to order the correct size and she also changed the finish from silver to gold, which they also accommodated this change for me. Extremely satisified and great to work with!

I ordered the wrong size for my ring. And they have made the return process very simple. Great product and great customer service goes a long way these days.

Ordered the "Through Every Phase" Moon bracelet, and am very happy with the quality of the workmanship and shipping time. I didn't know the bracelet would be coming from China (on website it states they have operations in California, but tracking showed China), but it only took about 8 days for the bracelet to arrive to me, and it shipped within a day or two after ordering. The bracelet was packaged well in a gift box, and appears well made and as advertised and photographed on the website. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase for the price and trust this business for future purchases.

I bought 2 rings - one to represent my husband and me and another for my daughter and me. Both are beautiful, unique, well-crafted, and comfortable! I had an issue with sizing and Sarah, their Customer Service Manager, was a great help and got a replacement to me ASAP. Stellar customer service! Thanks, Sarah!
