I ordered a ring and it was shipped really fast. I received the ring in the mail and it fit perfect and it is a beautiful ring. I will definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered a ‘Strong as F….’ bracelet for my granddaughter who is a nurse in a neonatal intensive care unit - a highly stressful and often draining job. The bracelet is beautiful and she absolutely loves it. Service was fast and efficient - highly recommended.

I ordered the husband/ wife ring, but it didn't fit; however when I contacted customer service, they offered to replace it. They were very responsive and offered to make it right.

I love my Mama’s stacking birthstone ring! I selected my birthstone and the birthstones of my four grandchildren. The ring is beautiful with excellent craftsmanship. I had originally placed an order for my mom for Mother’s Day and when it arrived, it looked like either a porch pirate had gotten into it or the delivery person had taken some “liberties”, either way…the jewelry was gone and my mom was left with an empty box 😢
I immediately reached out to customer service to ask what I could do and I ended up speaking with Sarah who responded with, we will replace the piece and expedite it to your mom! My order was sent out quickly and delivery was sooner than I thought it would be. A few weeks later I had an issue and the customer service I received was outstanding. They responded quickly and were able to resolve my problem, then even checked all was ok afterwards.
