I'm super happy with the results and only wish I had joined earlier!

Bogdan and Dragos really helped figure out what skills I was missing, and then fill those knowledge gaps. They put a great focus on understanding fundamentals and building on your knowledge from there. The course content is always relevant and they're great at making technical concepts clear.

The community they have built is very nice which means you also get to learn from others' experiences and questions in posts and Q&A calls. I plan to drop in on the calls whenever I can.

Along with strengthening your technical skills, you also learn a lot about the industry and current job market which is super helpful when negotiating and knowing where you stand.

Overall, the program was key to building my confidence and skills, and I got a promotion and raise very early on. I cannot recommend the Software Mastery enough, it's a great investment in your career with a quick payoff.

The place to be if you want to push yourself to the Senior role. Bogan and Dragos are probably the best instructors/coach I have come across in my career including during my student days at university.

The best thing about the course is that they help you first build the confidence that an engineer needs by improving your CV, Linkedin, and also how you portray yourself professionally. They introduce you to a structure and discipline that is much needed to bring the best out of you. Their technical curriculum includes very strong basics and also goes deeper into what you need as an engineer in today's job market.

The code reviews are very detailed, and the social platform helps you also interact with the others who are part of the course. They also have zoom calls twice a week with the group to discuss the problems, issues, or questions they have.

They are also super friendly and help you even with general work issues such as problems with co-workers, managers, and other issues that may come in your work. Overall, my experience has been very good with them and I will continue to attend the weekly zoom calls when I can.

Lastly, I got a senior role through the networking event they did in Berlin. One of their earlier students was present he referred me and I am happily working with that company now. I think most people who join the training get a senior role or higher within a few weeks in, before even completing the whole course.

I wish Bogdan and Dragos the best in the years to come and hopefully, they keep this training program going and it reaches people across the world.

Bogdan and Dragosh are two amazing guys that will treat you from day 0 with professionalism while staying friendly. You can tell they care about you and the community created around the Software Mastery course by the amount of quality content they are constantly uploading new valuable content, sometimes also improving the existing one and they ask you for feedback too.
They always put you and the platform community first, if you have some doubts and you would like to double check on those they are there, if you have a question or you need some help they are there, if you need mentoring or coaching they are there.
It feels like they are there and will always be there, always trying to go above and beyond to improve quality and take things to the next level.
I've never seen this type of content online, they don't break up things to do more courses or lessons leaving you there with a less than clear understanding of what it's going on. They give you the full picture in one and only one pill and you don't even have to choose between the red and the blue one ;)

There are already many glowing reviews here for good reason, so I'll keep mine short: if you want to become a better engineer and improve your LinkedIn profile and resume, then sign up for this program.

There are countless bootcamps / programs out there that claim to teach you relevant skills, but this one actually delivers. This is coming from someone who dropped out of two bootcamps because they didn't meet my needs or provide the knowledge and skills that I needed to up-level my career.

I have worked with both Dragos and Bogdan and these guys are legit. They genuinely want us to succeed.

One caveat: This is a fast-track program, so don't sign up if you're not ready to work at it. It's one of the reasons why you really can jump one level in three months in your career if you sign up and do the work.

I am very happy I got to work with Bogdan and Dragos and I cannot recommend them enough.

I only wish I had joined the program before, but it took me a while to understand my problem and their solution. Working with Dragos and Bogdan has been an amazing experience where I have been able to not only increase my salary by 40%but also have the technical skills of a true senior software engineer. I would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to make that transition from someone who struggles to get by in the industry to someone who is confident and capable in the tech space. The course consists of both the soft skills part where you are assisted in building your CV and LinkedIn as well as how to tackle any type of software engineering interview. The amount of recruiters contacting me went from 1 a month to approximately 40 per month. The second part is made up of the technical skills where you are taught the fundamentals and then more advanced topics which are all accompanied by practical action items. You are definitely challenged in this course. Coming from a non Computer Science background, I obtained a clear understanding of the bigger picture when it comes to web engineering but also have a deeper understanding of each topic (front end, backend, server side, database, systems design etc.). Although you learn React as one of the tools, you become framework agnostic, as you are given the skills and mental models to tackle any framework whether it is front end or backend. Overall, this course has changed my trajectory for the better and I’d highly recommend it, you’re in good hands with Dragos and Bogdan!

This program has been and still is absolutely invaluable for me, and I highly recommend it to everyone. My case was maybe a little different than most of the participants’. I already landed my dream job of senior developer, aiming for principal engineer earlier this year, but as I have started developing a long time ago, and in my previous job I used obsolete technologies due to out of control technical debt, I needed to refresh my skills and bring them into 2022. Dragos and Bogdan are amazing mentors, and their program is really comprehensive. With their bi-weekly calls you will get all the support and attention from them that you will need!

I can't recommend this course highly enough. The course content was ideal for plugging knowledge gaps. I started out as an unconfident "junior-mid", but managed to land a dream job during the course (and commensurate pay uplift - a crazy 100% increase on current salary).

As a career changer, I have never had enough time to look at how things work under the hood and I had no idea how and what to look at. So, I have decided to join the program to close that gap and gain greater knowledge of software development fundamentals.

From start to end I was really impressed by the curriculum. It covers all aspects of software development such as TDD, performance, security, deployment, data structures and algorithms as well as handling interviews and salary negotiations. Dragos and Bogdan are great mentors. They monitor your progress closely and guide you to excellence.

In the middle of the program, I was offered a new role with a 25% salary increase and after three months in the role, I had another 20% increase.

I recommend this course to any advanced-junior or mid-level software developer who wants to move to the next level.

I like courses, and I have done several of them, but I can ensure you that this one is way different (and better) in so many levels.

I want to start with something that really makes the difference here, the weekly Q&A sessions. Two times per week you have access to the Q&A session video call with Bogdan, Dragos and the other students. You can ask about the lessons, code reviews, work stuff, ask for advices, etc. In this course I really feel the community and teacher's support, because they are actually there!, is not just another impersonal Slack or Discord channel. They honestly give you the best of themselves and put all their effort to help you in whatever you need, in a technical and personal way. Every time I can, I still connect to those sessions because you can learn so much in there.

In terms of technical knowledge, content and education is great, and Bogdan is an amazing teacher, always with the best disposition help you. You will start with more "basic" content that you will apply and practice during the entire program (the entire course is like a snow ball), to continue with more difficult one. Every class is complemented with a lab/exercise where you will put in practice the lesson's content, and its respective solution video in case you get stuck. The teaching methodology is about building a mindset with solid fundamentals to approach problems, and encourages you to try and experiment so you can really learn by doing, and not following the typical step-by-step course that will not apply to a real world situation.

There is also a module about LinkedIn and CVs, how to negotiate and to approach a job offer or a raise, how to excel in technical interviews! , etc. Dragos knows all about the job market in different countries and he has a lot of experience with it. I can't quantify how helpful this is!.

My experience was (and it still is), really good! so I would definitely recommend this course, specially if you are looking for a job change and/or to level your coding skills up. It changed my mindset completely.

It has taught me core concepts in an extremely down-to-earth manner and has helped me learn through practice skills I've felt insecure about. And in this practice whenever I have a question I've been struggling with, I get an answer. Promptly. And quite often the answer gives me a glimpse of the "big picture" behind it.
