All of COE Actives class instructors are extremely knowledgeable and will assist you to work at any level, it doesn't matter whether you are a beginner starting out, a postnatal mum trying to get in shape (that's me!) or a really experienced gym goer looking to supplement your workouts with some fun and socialization with like minded people. COE Fitness has something for everyone.

They have a fantastic variety of classes and are always adding to them and keeping them fresh and interesting. New tracks are added to Zumba classes, yoga is always changing to keep us all mobilised and treat our backs to some much needed TLC, kettlebell workouts change every four weeks so you can actually see your own progress each week and compare from week one to week four without getting bored or lazy with your form. COE Fitness hears your feedback and actually take it on board! You have the option to start small with your membership but will quickly discover you need more and will upgrade (I know, because I did within days!!)

Cannot recommend COE Fitness and the people enough, you will get moral support from not only the hosts but also the community in the classes. They all come together like one giant family and its a great environment to be in and around where all of the initial fears you had, disappear.

They even have social days out throughout the year which are optional to attend, so it isn't all just about working out. Make friends, take some time out from your busy life - all with like minded people!

Really fun and full of energy classes

A true testament to the amazing community that is CoeActive Fitness is the number of texts flying about today saying 'I can't wait for classes!'
We return to face to face classes next week and all have been busy booking all the classes we are excited to return to.
As well as the varied choice of fitness fun, from Zumba, Yoga to Bootcamp, Circuit Training and many more, CoeActive is a welcoming, inclusive, super friendly, like-minded family.

If you would like fun and friendly classes then this is the place for you!! Every class leaves a smile on my face and would recommend Coeactive to everyone! Instructors are friendly, approachable and think about every single client in their classes!!

Coeactive fitness is one of the best fitness companies in my experience. They offer such a wide variety of classes to meet everyone's needs. I have tried and loved zumba, strong nation, fitflex, yoga, pilates and circuits. There is also a great social side to Coeactive fitness with planned online social events (during the pandemic) coffee afternoons and parties (before and hopefully after the pandemic). The Coeactive fitness instructors are so experienced and friendly, they make everyone feel welcome and help you to reach your full potential. All in all, I could not recommend them more!!

The team at Coe Active are simply fabulous. Hayley, Jayne and the rest of the team are enthusiastic, dedicated, committed and just super teachers! They take a genuine interest in each of us and make the classes most enjoyable- so much so my teenager has signed up also! Be it Zumba, Strong, HIIT, Pilates they guide you through the way without a hint of criticism or sounding patronising. Throughout Lockdown and its uncertainties they seamlessly adapted to online, on demand classes so our experience as members is always enhanced

Brilliant range of classes to choose from at a range of local sites. Motivating class leaders and a welcoming 'exercise for all sizes' group. Love it!

CoeActive fitness is about incorporating a healthy lifestyle, from meditation/yoga, diet and of course fitness. A great portfolio classes to suit everyone be it face to face, or more recently, virtually, the energy of the instructors is still as infectious! More importantly Hayley provides great support, especially during lockdown when I couldn't source any kettlebells! I really enjoy the family feel of CoeActive Fitness and no matter what your fitness level you are always encouraged to do your best and to have a go at challenging yourself.

CoeActive Fitness is the best thing I have ever joined over the last few years. Hayley and her team are amazing instructors full of energy which is infectious and who show a real passion for what they do. Working out many times a week has completely changed my life both physically and mentally with such amazing people.

I came to CoeActive over a year ago wanting to lose weight and gain confidence and that's exactly what I did, it's not just dance classes it's a community of like minded, friendly coaches and fellow members. I always feel welcomed whenever I join a class whether it's online or in person. Zumba is the class I joined for first but through Hayley's encouragement I stepped outside my comfort zone in to different classes such as Strong, Fitflex and Fitframe and I'm glad I did, not only did I feel stronger for doing so but I could actually see the results! CoeActive is also really flexible to fit around busy work and life schedules, whether it be early starts or late finishes they offer on demand and online classes to help fit in fitness which has proved invaluable in these current circumstances of lockdown. #ClanCoeActiveforever!

Love the Zumba classes and the teachers are so enthusiastic and motivating!

CoeActive Fitness has been my lifeline for more than 8 years. CoeActive Fitness puts its members first, adapting throughout lockdown which played a huge part in keeping me mentally and physically fit. The team constantly motivate their members and they have personally challenged me to raise my level of fitness. I can actually say, I am fitter, healthier and stronger as a result of their commitment to me! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a no judgment, motivating, inspiring and most importantly, fun squad to be part of. Member for life!!!

All the sessions are well run and you’ll find it’s never been so great to get sweaty. Trainers are super lovely and really motivate you to go further all the while having tons of fun doing them. Brilliant customer service - highly recommended all round.

I’ve been attending classes with Coeactive over two years ago and its been the best decision I ever made. I was initially quite nervous to join group exercise classes - but the instructors put you at ease as do the wonderful friendly members. There’s something for all fitness levels and interest, and each instructor puts a lot of care, energy and attention to ensure you get the most out of each class. This dedication to service has continued even through online classes in lockdown. My mental and physical would truly be lost without Coeactive Fitness! Highly recommend!

Best classes with such a huge variety and times to suit everyone. The instructors are very committed and make you feel so comfortable. Once you’re hooked it’s hard to stop. All classes suitable for beginners to advanced.

I am missing dreadfully my Zumba classes. I am a 70 year old Zumba enthusiast of at least 5 years standing who is desperate for the atmosphere and camaraderie of the whole CoeActive team and its members. Not only do I feel rejuvenated when I attend a class but I also feel part of a family and when you are a singleton that is such a special feeling. Can't wait to see you all.

At first I really struggled to get into online classes, but the energy and enthusiasm from all the instructors is so contagious! You still feel like they are there in person, whether it is encouraging you to jump that little bit higher or correcting you to ensure you don’t injure yourself. The satisfaction you get after you finish a class, knowing you put all your effort in, is the best feeling in the world!
