its been over 10 days and my order has never shipped and i tried calling in but the number rings 1 time and disconnets the call.

it’s been over a week and my order hasn’t shipped. ironic they sent me an email to review their store before even sending any update with where my order is

No idea if my order shipped, company is yet to respond.

Haven’t received order. No idea if it’s on the way. Had to sign up with Shop to track shipment then all of the sudden it changed to a different app you have to sign up for in order to track the order. Still have no idea if this has even shipped and there is no communication from the company on the status.

I never received the merchandise. I received an email weeks after ordering and it stated my order had been cancelled. Do not order from this company.

I bought pants and a top. They took my money and I have received nothing. Just a confirmation email that I paid. They haven’t mailed my things, answered any email or anything. They stole from me

They had a product listed as available with one of those shipping ads that says "order now and it'll ship by a certain time". I check 4 business days later and the product is now listed as "Sold Out" online, zero communication from the seller, no tracking info cause the shipper doesnt have the item, and no way to cancel the order other than contacting the seller.

the wrong item was shipped and I am very disappointed. No one reached out either....this is ridiculous.

How can I give a review when I haven’t received my orders? I will not be ordering from you again.

I didn't get my package yet why would I review the company with positive stars. Plus it's pass 5 business day.

Placed an order almost two weeks ago and received confirmation but no other communication. Emailed twice and have yet to receive a response.

Customer service did everything they could to address any issues or concerns, also gave me very nice free gift to make up for any inconvenience I had.

I have not received my order. I have emailed and texted customer service with no reply. It has been over 2.5 weeks and nothing. Very annoyed that now I have to go through my bank for a refund.

I see that other people are having the same issues as myself? No product,no communication about shipment, and no response to emails? Yet you have our money? I will be contacting the better business bureau.

It’s been over a week and no updates, no way to cancel, and no one will return my emails, calls, or texts. I paid for upgraded shipping knowing it may take 3 days to ship and it’s still much longer. The site says they already picked and packed it but it hasn’t shipped. It’s been in this status since day 3

I placed and paid for my order 17 days ago and still haven't received any response. I order several times a year and usually don't have any problems.
