Poor service with little value in connections available. Despite closing the account they continued to charge me and did not respond to a refund request.

I contacted CoFoundersLab support in April 2025, via both info@ and contact@ and the sites contact form, demanding cancellation of my Premium subscription. I received no reply, and despite this, the company proceeded to bill me twice more. I expect an immediate cancellation and a full refund of these charges. If unresolved within 7 days, I will escalate via bank dispute and consumer protection channels.

Absolute garbage site. Complete scam, fortunately I never paid for a subscription, but my data is being used to try to suck others in, despite multiple cancel requests. This is a SCAM. A FRAUD website run by FRAUDSTERS, beware. Never give your credit card data to them. There is no way to cancel subscription. I was lucky i caught the scam and didn't lose money and froze my card.

I would give it a zero if I could. It's an absolute scam. To echo others, all the connection requests are from fake accounts, and it's impossible to delete your account.

Like many others, I was unable to cancel my subscription after the free trial period. Without realizing it, I was charged monthly despite not using the service. There is no easy way to cancel. It is misleading and unfair. I would strongly caution others before signing up.

Subscribed just to find out that the website is full of bugs, 100% of profiles are empty, and only connection requests I receive are from bots. Requested to cancel (there is no automatic cancellation), was contacted by their CEO, who offered a lifetime free subscription in exchange for the bugs report, which I sent over. I haven't checked my statement in a while, but when I did, I found out they are still charging me. Going to dispute/chargeback whatever possible.

They will not allow you cancel your free "trial period". There are many bots on the site from what I can see. Total scam. Avoid like the plague!

They don’t allow you to cancel your subscription after the ‘free trial’. Instead, they block you from being able to log back in. And they don’t reply to your emails. Then they take payment off your card. I had to call my bank to block them.

This website is a total scam. It doesn’t work properly, constantly crashes, and the login stopped working after the second day. Stay away and do not enter your credit card details as there are no way to contact the site to cancel before your "free" trial expires. Had to put a stop payment on my credit card!

Agree with all the other negative reviews, especially the inability to cancel. Only realised the scam after 6 months of payments have gone out.
Better late than never as it is over £125 down the drain. As a non US customer, not aware of any cost-effective means of trying to get the money back. Am realistic that I probably need to say bye to the money already paid over (but if I do get a refund I will update this review).

Pure Fraud, don't sing up
once you sign up for a trial, you can't cancel anymore, as there is no way to contact them
also no helpful contacts, most profiles are old and inactive

It's a scam!!!

Do not sign up, its a bogus site of mostly bot profiles and people that are not active. There is no way to cancel, no phone number, their support page doesn't work. I had to put a stop payment on my credit card.

Don't even think about it! They continue to charge your card even after cancellation. I have now had to complete over 6 disputes and have now had to cancel my credit card.
