This is an aweful website. The user interface is dated and unintuitive.
Most people who are registered 'cofounders' are bots or salesmen marketting their own products. If you click their profile it will be a single word like "Hello". The search engine is rubbish.

Most importantly, they will not allow you to cancel their subscription, instead asking you to email them. I had to go through my bank to get rid of them

Impossible to cancel "trial" premium subscription, also you get charged for the free month.
They do not answer messages, and it is only possible to unsubscribe from premium by email to which they do not answer.

You cant cancel your subscription. Be aware!!!!

I cannot login, cancel my subscription and they are not responding to my e-mails. I am now in the process of blocking my creditcard. Do not subscribe!

Scam. They debited my account for a free trial and don’t respond to emails.

Absolute crooks. Signed up to what was a very basic and poorly built website. I then looked at reviews which most stated about not being able to delete account.

I then made the decision to try and delete my account. You have to answer questions to delete your account then confirm. I done this twice and now unable to login which i thought okay its deleted. I have emailed requesting a refund for the first payment with no reply but still receiving promotional emails stating i have made connections on a deleted account? hmmm

Then 1 month later they billed me again. No customer service nothing.

I agree with this other users. This site is a scam. Once it charges your credit card, it doesn't provide a sane way to cancel.

if you want to get your inbox spammed by random indian or pakistani people. Lots of people just make an account, have nothing and take no initiative. Some literally say "I might have an idea". How is this not a big waste of time? Plus I can't get my account deleted

Have to agree with the reviews below that this organisation seems very dubious. Website performance is abysmal so if either poorly engineered or hosted on the cheap or both, most people who have tried to contact me have been inappropriate matches or people simply trying to sell their products and services. Is not at all a useful resource for entrepreneurs looking for cofounders.

Company blocks your account if you're inactive for a short period of time, and then ignores your emails.

Breach of contract and unlawful. And extremely unprofessional.

I signed up to Check out their Service, found it useless and wanted to delete my profile. It's not possible. Multiple contact tries and no one answers. Does anyone know what legal actions you can take as EU citizen if they don't comply with your right for data deletion?

Like many others I got charged £79 after a trial I didn't even know I signed up for. I contacted for a refund by had no response.

I filed a charge back through my bank and luckily after 3 months, I finally managed to get my money back.

As previously mentioned by other fellows, they charge you a monthly fee for a service that simply doesn't exist and you cannot cancel nor eliminate. You will have to block your credit card.

Terrible scam, that keeps charging your card and you can't get rid of them.

I signed up for "CoFounders Lab Launch" which was advertised to include premium membership to their site (similar to LinkedIn for founders giving you access to search & filter profiles).

I was never given access and reached out multiple times to their team to resolve the issue and cancel my membership (interacted with a gentleman by the name of Sean Walsh who responds to messages from their main inbox).

Despite paying $89, I did not receive premium membership to their site and they did not refund and did not cancel my subscription. I subsequently put a block through on my credit card. While I wasn't able to get the $89 back, it blocked subsequent transactions from CoFoundersLab.

Very disappointed in the lack of integrity and fraudulent practices of this organization.
