Since I'm a virtual agent with eXp Realty International it was a virtual experience. If you are not comfortable with technology it could be a challenge. The Team was responsive by email and the property portal. It was important for me to monitor the process for a successful closing, which this transaction successfully closed..

This took an incredibly long time - much longer than it should have. Bill asked for the same information again and again. The icing on the cake was when Bill asked who James Ray Burk was - less than 2 weeks from closing - that is the name of the client. The only client we had been working with for months. I would like an alternate loan officer with COGO for future business.

Well I actually like the people and you can trust them... they are too expensive. Their training course is amazing with a money back guarantee... IF you can actually get a loan from them which I have not been able to find... A trade school would probably be cheaper and you’ll learn more. I have a property under contract for 120,000 and that’s all I need, 2 points 12% paid at the close and I could make money, they would make money, the contractors would make money. I have all of the capital to do the rehab but they want to cover that part as well, so I would end up spending $24,000 just to close a property, And I would have to pay 1700 a month... I make no money. I’m basically working for them. Maybe they are right fit for you? Just know it’s going to cost you and all of your hard work.

All they care about is up selling you, high interest rates and points. Too many documents required. Rude people. All they want and care about is making money off the people.Everybody lies . Please do not use !!
