I had a wonderful experience working with Cogo Capital. My loan officer Bill Koder was amazing to deal with. He was always very prompt with communications and the whole deal went extremely smooth from start to finish. I deal with a lot of lenders and this was one of the best transactions I’ve ever completed so I had to write them a great review. Everything was simple and they delivered on what they promised. I’ve already referred to several other investors and Cogo is my new go to lender for all deals.

Although the loan process is longer and more involved than many other hard money lenders, the loan officers and underwriters are top notch and do everything in the power to help close the deal. Also once you go through the process once it becomes super easy! Bill Koder my loan officer is the man! I don't think he sleeps- he just lives to close loans.

I was contacted by Cogo. I have a deal ready to go and was transferred to 4 different people. The one lender James sounded as if he had just woken up from a nap and told me he’d call me back. Timing was crucial for this deal and 2 hour later he never responded. I called the main individual who got me in contact with James and he forwarded me back through to speak to another individual. This girl never responded or answered either. While on the phone with the secretary I could hear her playing footsies and flirting with people in the office while we were speaking. Incredibly unprofessional. In time crucial deals this company is not the one to go with.

My experience was a very smooth transaction my Broker Ronald Newerls was very interactive with us during the process. He made it very easy. We look forward to doing further business soon

Robert, Tanya and Doug were maika'i (excellent in Hawaiian) in facilitating the entire loan process. They are very detail-oriented so I knew exactly what was needed. Their consistent and persistent follow-up emails and phone calls got everyone involved moving forward toward getting my project funded. Weekend funding tour event was fantastic, Steven’s presentation was beyond expectations, other staff was very helpful as well as knowledgeable, answered all questions we had.

Stephen did a good job of training. Some of the stories that he told were more like Conspiracy theory and some of the facts that that he stated such as the people who attended the Jekyll island meeting in 1910 he only got one name correct ( Paul Warburg ) . Over all he did a fine job .

Attending the funding tour course is the most genuine Real Estate system there is and most impossible not to succeed from all the training as long as the principles given in their corse is applied and put into action.
