Very smooth process with quick funding.
My experience with Cogo Capital was very pleasant. Their response time has been fantastic throughout all of my real estate deals. I appreciate how smooth the deals were able to be facilitated as in when I got my paperwork in, they were able to act as quickly as I had in order to keep the process moving along and close quickly. I would recommend their service to anyone that is looking for quick funding for their real estate deals.

Review of Cogo-3 deals done
Pros: low loan values allow great deals to be purchased, speed of underwriting
Cons: too many reserve surprises, and most importantly draws are exceptionally long to refund after approval(15+ days)
