Redemption speed is fast took less than 1 business day for me. I am giving 3 stars because the site kicks you out of every game after 5 spins, many errors when trying to play and load slots. If they can fix this they have a great site!

It wasn't approved until May 7th, then at 4 am on May 10th (today) I got a message from their processor saying the redemption was canceled and added back to my balance, effectively making me start over.
