Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're continuously working on expanding our range. We now have over 1000+ products in the space of 6 months. It's great to hear our customers are still wanting more which we're working towards. We'd love to learn more about your thoughts on delivery fees if you wouldn't mind us emailing you.

Extraordinarily overpriced, all items we got were sample sizes & they came in separate deliveries. We paid $75 for 5 sample size items!

Hi Trish,
We're so sorry for your negative experience with us and that the products seemed small. Our products are all shipped together except for bakery items - which are shipped separately to avoid them being stored overnight.
I've sent through an email if you're open to discussing with us further. Our sincere apologies again.

I found the people at Co Lab extremely helpful and quick to take action on the query I had. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of the person of company that made the delivery.
