I went on your website and found the shoes I wanted except I was confused over the sizing, I ordered US size instead of looking for the UK size so I emailed Cole Haan and very swiftly received messsage from one of your colleagues named Bobby he saw what the problem was and emailed me a new order form to complete with the right size when the wrong picture of the shoe came up, again very quickly he corrected order and had my shoes within days very impressed with service from your staff, quality of the shoe fab !!!

Men's GrandPrø SkyWeave Court Trainer - order: UK57461
I wanted a comfortable shoe for long walks, business meetings, and dinners. The GrandPrø SkyWeave Court Trainer did not disappoint. They feel like a soft sneaker, but look stylish enough to wear with any outfit. Ordering through Cole Haan was easy, and my package arrived in just three days.

Cole Haan pro topspin trainers great quality
I always buy cole haan trainers. I have them in various colours. I saw this company had white and blue colour with a dusty light blue laces and I thought they look lovely. They are good quality, look stylish and are always a comfortable to wear. The delivery was fast and was good communication through out. I definitely would recommend these lovely grand pro topspin trainers and I had no concerns buying from this company.

Really bad experience, all of then hidden all the time in the back office and check their mobiles.

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing. We certainly don't want anyone visiting Cole Haan to feel that they haven't been given the attention they deserve.
Our shop-in-shop is staffed by one dedicated Cole Haan team member who is supported by colleagues at the location when required. With our team member working independently on the Cole Haan space they may occasionally need to step away to collect footwear or assist with other aspects of the shop-in-shop. We appreciate that from a customer's perspective this should never mean feeling overlooked or unable to get the help you need.
We will be speaking with the team to make sure we continue to provide a welcoming and attentive experience for every customer who visits us. Your feedback is genuinely helpful in making sure we get this right.
We hope that if you choose to visit us again we can give you the experience you should have had from the beginning.
Many thanks,
The Cole Haan UK Team

I am officially hooked—I now own 6…
I am officially hooked—I now own 6 pairs of Cole Haan shoes, and they are worth every penny. If you are on the fence about investing in a pair, just look at my closet. What started as buying one pair for work quickly turned into an obsession, and I haven't looked back since. Here is why I keep coming back for more:
Sneaker-Level Comfort: Cole Haan has mastered the art of making dress shoes, loafers, and boots that feel like running shoes. I can stand or walk in them all day without a single ache or blister. Unmatched Versatility: Whether I’m dressing up for a formal event, heading into the office, or just keeping it casual on the weekend, they have a style that perfectly fits the vibe. Premium Quality: Every single pair I own has held up incredibly well. The leather is top-notch, the stitching is durable, and they genuinely look better the more you wear them. Modern Style: They nail the balance between classic silhouettes and modern, athletic sole technology (especially the GrandPrø and ØriginalGrand lines). I get compliments on them constantly.
Buying 6 pairs might seem like overkill to some, but when you find a brand that delivers this much comfort and style, you stick with it. Highly recommended!

7 pairs and counting!
I am now onto my 7th pair of Cole Haan shoes. All styles have been high quality and comfortable, whether heels, trainers or sandals, I know I'll be in safe hands (or feet I guess!).
My most recent purchase were the Rexanna black sandals which I will be living in for the rest of the summer. They are incredibly comfortable and beautifully stylish; I particularly like the thick straps as they keep my feet secure without having to be tight.
The customer service team are friendly and efficient, with Bobby kindly helping with returns in previous orders. He is clearly knowledgeable and has been wonderful for recommending sizes with specific styles as I am often between two.
I check the website regularly for new styles to add to my outfits, especially with next day delivery as standard. My first pair of one and a half years are still going strong! I would recommend Cole Haan as a reliable brand for any occasion.
