7 pairs and counting!
I am now onto my 7th pair of Cole Haan shoes. All styles have been high quality and comfortable, whether heels, trainers or sandals, I know I'll be in safe hands (or feet I guess!).
My most recent purchase were the Rexanna black sandals which I will be living in for the rest of the summer. They are incredibly comfortable and beautifully stylish; I particularly like the thick straps as they keep my feet secure without having to be tight.
The customer service team are friendly and efficient, with Bobby kindly helping with returns in previous orders. He is clearly knowledgeable and has been wonderful for recommending sizes with specific styles as I am often between two.
I check the website regularly for new styles to add to my outfits, especially with next day delivery as standard. My first pair of one and a half years are still going strong! I would recommend Cole Haan as a reliable brand for any occasion.

Cole Haan have been my go to shoe supplier here in the UK for around 15 years. They never let me down with style, quality and great service.
Would love it if there were UK stores one day but that's just a wish and ill continue to order through the UK distributor as the delivery service is great and whenever I'm in the USA on vacation.

Cole Haan footwear
I have own 3 pairs of Cole Haan shoes and 1 pair of Cole Haan boots. They look amazing and are so comfortable to wear. The technology used in manufacturing the soles makes them really great to walk in.
My most recent purchase Original Grand wing tip Oxfords (order no UK55380) are great looking shoes that can be worn with a variety of looks.

First pair of ladies golf shoes - will buy again
I bought my first pair of ladies golf shoes last week from Cole Haan (Women's Grand Crosscourt 20.4.7 Golf). The shoes are SUPER comfortable and they won’t be my last pair that I will buy from this company.
I have different high end brands of golf shoes but these are certainly the most comfortable. I’m a regular size 7 and the shoes fitted perfectly.
The delivery was a few days after my order and the parcel arrived well packaged.

I first saw the Cole Haan collection on…
I first saw the Cole Haan collection on line, they are a smart stylish shoe, so well done design team.
My first purchase were saddle Ashland @£180 within 6 rounds of golf the heal stitching has gone and the heal is collapsing. You kindly agree to give me credit note as this shoe is out of stock, and reduced to £145 !
So with credit in hand I offered the Grand pro, these arrived uk 10, they are definitely not a uk 10 and are at 25mm too long. So my overall experience of quality and sizing is a very poor one, I wouldn’t recommend to my many golf friends look to buy new shoes from Cole Haan. Maybe having them made in Vietnam has good profit margins but pls spend on quality control if you want to excel in the large golfing market,
quantity is short lived.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your feedback.
We're glad you like the style and design of our footwear and we'll share your comments with the team.
We're sorry to hear that your experience has been affected by the issues you've encountered with both the durability of your first pair and the sizing of your replacement pair. While we're glad our customer service team was able to assist with a credit note, we understand how disappointing it must have been to face further issues with your next purchase.
We really appreciate your feedback on quality and fit consistency and we’ll make sure it’s looked into further.
If you ever fancy trying us again but are unsure on sizing, feel free to get in touch as you did before as we're always happy to offer recommendations.
Thanks again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Amazing Amazing Amazing
I have 16 pairs of Cole Haan shoes; various styles, purchased for different purposes. They are all without a doubt, the most comfortable brand of shoes I’ve ever worn. I’ve recommended them to friends, family and colleagues at work, who have now become loyal customers. I just wish they were stand alone stores in the UK 😊
