Order never arrived – no response from customer service

I ordered the ØriginalGrand Remastered Wingtip Oxford (EU7063) from Cole Haan Europe on 17 August. GLS shows the package as “delivered” on 19 August, but I never received it. None of my neighbors received it either.

Strangely, my second order (EU7065) with 3 pairs of shoes arrived just fine, so it’s clear something went wrong only with this shipment. I contacted Cole Haan customer service immediately (22 August) and followed up again (24 August), explaining this was urgent for my wedding on 30 August.

To this day, I have received no reply at all. No confirmation, no solution, nothing. For a premium brand charging €150 for one pair of shoes, this level of service is unacceptable.

At this point, I expect either a replacement shipped express or a full refund – but most importantly, an actual response.

Disappointed and stressed at what should have been a special moment.

Great product and service

Bought a pair of Cole Haan Wing Tip in the USA a few years ago and loved them. Ordered another pair for work and they are great, comfortable and stylish. Also, special mention to Sowechhya for great customer service!

Vor einer Woche bestellt und per Kreditkarte vorab gezahlt. Seitdem keine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Auf Nachfrage wann die Lieferung erfolgt, keine Reaktion.
Ich muss das Geld von Visa reklamieren.

Customer support is a nightmare!

Stick to a regular brand, sneakers they look funky on website but once you receive item you can understand how uncomfortable they are, not to mention how cheaply they made with low quality craftsmanship.

I would not recommend cole haan products for actual sport use maybe for a fancy dress party they are suited for as I have mentioned they look good but not for hard usage.

Check reviews on other cole haan on trust pilot seems like they running two names under one roof to balance out the bad reviews.

What turns up.
Well if they had put size 10 in the box I would have not been as disappointed.
I have compared these sizes to other makes and shapes of trainers and they are nearly 1 size bigger.
Poor size guide. I was looking forward to wearing these and having tried them on they creased easily and I can’t really send them back for a refund.
I will say that they came from Harrods/Farfetch but used CH as a size guide.

Good service arrived in time - very comfortable shoes

Although I have an old pair from the same brand, this was my first time ordering in the UK. Shipping was next day at no added cost and order processing was a breeze. Although I would suggest sending orders in another box (double boxed) because if I was to return mine, they might not accept it coz the box was so beaten up. (One of the conditions according to their website to accept returns is that everything must be in good condition) Other than that, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Received my order but not on the date they supposed to be delivering it. I received it the next day.

Cole Haan always have a great selection of stylish, comfortable, well priced shoes. My husband first bought a pair in the New York store in 2020 and since then he continues to buy more and more online (he now has about ten pairs, if not more). He always gets compliments for his shoes due to the flashes of colour or the unique materials the shoes are made from.

The online service is always quick and efficient and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the brand to others. The only way Cole Haan could improve would be opening a store in the UK!

My husband was very pleased with his birthday present. They are a great summer shoe due to the light breathable material. I’m sure these will not be his last purchase, so until next time…

Fantastic service, great trainers and jacket

So refreshingly straightforward. The shoes were just as shown on the website, the quality seems very good, the sizing is right and they arrived quickly and on time.

I think returns should be free, you pay postage for delivery and then postage again for the return.

I wish Cole Haan UK had more shoes in UK5.5 (US 8). I am usually UK5.5 or 6 in Cole Haan depending on the style and gave Women's 2.ZERØGRAND Stitchlite Oxford in 6 a try but unfortunately it was too big and I had to return it. Since it is a classic style, I wish they had considered stocking half sizes too. Also, the website doesn't allow filtering the products by size 5.5 although some styles do come in this size so pls fix that.

Great service. Items arrive next day or day after, packed well and with no issues.
