After Writing review for VisasQ, they have blocked my account. Despite writing to customer support several times, they are not at all responding.

Extras steps to recieve pay. The system requires the expert to go back in and submit an invoice. All other expert networks that I work with manage this automatically. delayed payment.

I was approached to consult on a topic I have a lot of expertise in. I signed up and after a little back and forth, a session was booked between me and their client.

The system was a bit unclear and finicky but eventually we got started. I provided a lot of value and the client was happy.

When I was submitting my invoice, imagine my surprise when their system has logged a 59 minute call and deducts $4 from my hourly rate. Just so petty and unprofessional.

If you want to attract and retain experts whose knowledge you can sell, don't shortchange like that. It's not about the actual money. It just makes the company look cheap and petty.

Not consulting for them again

I have been engaging with with consultancy company since a year or a bit more.
Their associate are extremely nice and very responsive. The consultancy process is shared in advance and manageable even for a full time employee.
I am extremely satisfied overall.
