I received a call on the phone while I was driving home from work about my interview, I asked if they could give me a little time to get home from work and get settled and I would be available the rest of the afternoon. They gave me less than half an hour, I was rushed and unable to prepare for the interview to answer the questions completely and with a clear mind; while I hope to be considered for future opportunities, I hope in the future more consideration is given between when they call for interview happens and the start of the interview.

Had a very bad experience. The arbitrarily reduced the engagement time shaving off money from the fee. Their client had issues with the sound and moved me back and forth between PC and Phone. I spent my time accomodating his problems. They then just measured time spent on a call and reduced fee.
Another point that makes it feel like a reap-off. Never-ever offer any insight at the beginning of the call. The client is incentivized to drop the call and then you are paid proportionally based on time spent on the phone. This is like call center agent fee, not a knowledge worked. You will lose out and be paid peanuts.

Absolutely terrible experience with Visa/Coleman. They completely messed up the very first consultation process. The initial call was cancelled and rearranged 3 different times before it finally happened, which already showed a huge lack of organization and respect for clients’ time.

What’s even worse is that after more than a week, I still haven’t received any information regarding the payment, despite repeatedly writing to them asking for updates. Communication has been extremely poor throughout the whole process.

Very unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating to deal with. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Good preparation, very good "cossetting service" with reminder and option for web call.
