Good collection of items and helpful staff.

We've bought several furniture and accessory pieces from Collectic and couldn't be happier with our purchases. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and facilitative in finding and ordering items not on the showroom floor.

I bought a floor model cabinet knowing it had several small scratches. Collectic delayed the delivery a day once they saw the scratches, and they fixed them up to where it looked brand new. I didn't expect this!

Joni Greeson was great. She helped me find what I was looking for at reasonable price. Delivery guys were very respectful and did not damage anything! I will be back!

I love love the sales people and the delivery guys that work for Joanie...they are the very best and never fail me...no matter how difficult my request or time frame might be...they go beyond what is required of them every time! I think 50 stars would be better!😎

The couch we purchased looks ten years old after one year of use (only used by 2 adults, not even daily) Very disappointed that we sought out a smaller company and purposefully avoided big box stores but still got big box quality furniture, but not at the big box low price.

I have been buying from Collectic and it previous incarnation, Eurway, for many years. I have always found a good bargain there. Lauren has been helping me over the past year as I have stumbled over myself furnishing my house and she has been more than patient with me. Overall an excellent experience.

Was very impressed with the selection, prices and willingness to work with me to help find a lamp, bench and side table for my new home. Folks in store and online were great from a service perspective, and prices were comparable. I am very happy with my items and keep going back!

Love wandering through Collectic Home, gathering ideas but also finding one-of-a-kind items for my home.

Beats on-line. Here's why. It is hard to shop online due to the differences in color on monitors so even though I can find same or similar stuff online, I can't be assured of color and sometimes scale of print or piece. And I don't want to self assemble (or rather, have my husband assemble). It is also nice to have someone with design cred and experience offer input so that I don't go too wrong or so that I'll step outside of a comfort zone. For these reasons I shop in person for most items. Collectic is competitive price-wise with on-line. We used Collectic almost exclusively for a 2600 sq ft 3 BR 2 Bath condo vacation home. Christi was fantastically helpful and we got all selections done in 3 hours.1 problem after delivery but we dealt with it. Good delivery crew. Spring 2016.

Collectic Home carries interesting, modern furniture lines and fun decorative pieces. I have gone to other stores in the "furniture district" in north Austin, and while you may have more choices at the other larger stores, Collectic has picked only high-quality products. The staff are very friendly and helpful and get to know you by name. Many of the pieces are pricey, but luckily they have great sales. Living near Bee Caves and Mopac, this is a really convenient and lovely store to have in our neighborhood!

The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful every time I have visited the store and the selection of furniture and art is awesome - very current styles and lots of selection! I purchased two garden chairs and they were ready for pick up within a week and the quality is terrific.

Love that they sell contemporary modern products, the only downside is that often we made several trips to store expecting the product to be ready for pick up and it was not. We live 1hr30min away.
