Good POS experience. Not so good at setting expectations and deliver the goods.

I was looking for a furniture store that truly cared about its customer and would go the extra mile when needed. All I can say is that I feel that the staff at Collective home fit that description perfectly. The entire crew is friendly and efficient and respected my needs and my budget. They were more than willing to work with me on the delevery of my furniture and the delevery crew were nice, curtious and respectful to my house and my new furniture.

Over all, I can't put a single finger on any point of my experience. Everything from finding the right furniture to purchasing it, to getting it delivered, all went above all expectations. We did have an issue with an office chair, but that only gave Collective Home yet another opportunity to show just how high they value your business and respect your personal needs. We came to a reasonable solution that was fair for everyone and I was more than pleased.

I'm looking forward to my next purchase and Collective Home has certainly earned my loyalty.

My salesperson was great - 4 custom covered barstools. Delivery truck came nearby & met us - excellent. Love our stools.

I've bought a number of items from this locally-owned boutique shop in Rollingwood over the years and it's always been a great experience. All the salespeople are well informed and helpful, but not overly so--for independent shoppers like myself, they provide just enough assistance for me to make a clear, smart decision. Products have been excellent quality at a fair price. A much more pleasant experience than shopping at a big chain store--I check them out first whenever I need anything.

I ordered two Euroway swivel chairs and a matching ottoman from Collectic. I think I mostly dealt with a person named Genevieve.
The pricing seemed fair, my order came in during the correct timeframe, everything was as I wanted it. I picked it up at their warehouse over off 71 outside of I-35, and the warehouse guys were very sweet and helpful.
So, I had a very positive buying experience and they've earned my trust. Whenever I need things with more modern lines, I'll give Collectic a try again.

With an interesting selection of premium inventory available or customized to order, Collectic Home was one of the nicest furniture stores we saw when furnishing our new home. The staff was extremely helpful in finding the right product to match the layout of our home. Fast, reasonable, and great delivery services as well.

This upscale shop offers unique pieces at a range of price points. The staff will be as hands off or as involved as you want. When we were deciding on a wall hanging, we were permitted to try it at home and return it if it didn't work for us. Turned out to be a great piece for us and we had gotten it for a fantastic price.

They have an amazing selection and fair prices. Easy to work with.

A wonderful selection onsite and items that can be ordered. All affordable and the staff is really helpful!
