I have had an excellent experience with collective. The customer service always willing to help, and is very knowledgeable. They get back to you in a timely manor, and make sure you are happy with the results. The price is affordable and my medication comes on time.

Amazing company that is very affordable and efficient. Even with a yearly membership fee, the pricing is still one of the best out there! They even offer assistance via a sponsor membership program to those who are low income or facing financial hardship. The customer service has been exceptional!! Would recommend highly to anyone interested!

I have to say that I’m genuinely impressed with my experience with Collective so far.

From the beginning, their customer service has been excellent. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve been very responsive and diligent in providing clear answers. That’s something I really value when choosing a telehealth provider because, for me, good communication and customer service are just as important as price.

Their patient portal is also very well designed and provides patients with useful services and information, making the entire process easy to navigate.

Another major advantage is the pricing. After comparing Collective with many other telehealth providers, I can confidently say that they offer the best pricing I’ve found in the market. That was definitely one of the things that caught my attention.

What impressed me the most, however, was how quickly everything moved. After submitting my information, my treatment was reviewed and approved in approximately 30 minutes. I received clear instructions regarding my treatment as well as different administration options.

The pharmacy process has also been very fast. My medication has already shipped and is scheduled to arrive this Thursday.

Of course, I still want to receive the medication and complete that part of the experience, but based on everything I’ve experienced so far, Collective has been excellent: responsive customer service, a great patient portal, very competitive pricing, and an impressively fast approval and fulfillment process.

This company is amazing! Even though I haven’t received my order yet I still have read so many reviews on Reddit saying the shots are great potency and I think the fact they make sure to ship only Mon-Wed is such a great idea because the last company I was with (CareBox who wasn’t bad I just didn’t like the lack of customer support) sent me shots that were warm so I know with Collective it’ll be different! Even better news today I got approved for the financial aid program they have for low income/disability people so my annual fee ($199) was completely waived! I still can’t believe it and am so happy I will only be paying $69 for Tirzepatide! I rated 5 stars also because their platform is amazingly helpful-you can message your doctor -and mine actually messaged me back twice even though it was just a little thing I had asked and customer support responded very fast and were very nice and helpful. Overall i am super happy that I found this company and will most likely leave another review after I get my shots. Thanks!

This is my first time using a GLP-1, and I am so happy I decided to use Collective. The instructions are clear, my doctor is responsive, and the guides are truly helpful. What I love about collective.org is how transparent they are, how easy it is to pause or stop shipments, excellent customer service, knowledgeable providers who help you with the right medication and can add muscle protection to your formula. I love collective. I signed up and the process was very fast. They put a lot of effort into packaging! Those small things matter in a world of many telahealth options. I have talked with customer service from this company a few times since the beginning of September. So far the experience has been great, and all my questions were graciously answered.

I am currently purchasing tirzepatide, along with my husband and daughter, from another highly rated online provider. We will be switching to Collective.org in October when it’s time to refill our meds.

I’m super glad I found Collective because I tried another online provider and it gave me an energy that I can only describe as what would happen if a sweatshop and a VC bro had a baby. Anyway I trusted Collective immediately when I saw their founder is the same founder as Thrive Market, which is a company that I’ve used from time to time over the years. I know they have really high standards about food quality and safe ingredients. When I got my Collective order, it was a really similar customer experience to Thrive with fast shipping, helpful communication, and kinda fun packaging/UX. :) It’s evident that these folks are in it for the right reasons, and they’re offering the best price in the game right now.
