Fun easy and fast for a new user plus winning two comps always makes it better happy days

Won an instant win with these guys, it did take a little bit of time to arrive however they got in touch to assure me it was on its way and it arrived a couple of days later! Thanks guys!

Was very sceptical at first so I tried out a few of the lower price tickets and when I won I couldn't believe it. Since then I have been playing for about 6 months now and won a fair few times, and not just silly wins like a booster pack but some big wins! Defo worth trying your luck

Started using the site very recently. To be honest wasn't sure about it, but 1 main win and 1 instant win in a week with good customer service is it's own recommendation!!

Got a nice couple of instant wins.

Been using the site for a month are so now and won a fair few time :-) , delivery for some prizes has been slow but easy to chat too and get updates from.

Won a competition over a month ago for a PSA graded card and an instant win. It did take around 5-6 weeks to receive items but well worth the wait

Received my first instant win after having to chase it, then won an instant win etb and have emailed multiple times since october and havent received a response. Disappointing to be honest i was aiming to do more in the future, now not so sure.

Update: the instant win arrived a couple of weeks later with an apology from the site.

I entered a competition and won! I felt super stoked but after reading reviews here I was a little worried.
However, I didn't need to chase the company and my item was with me within 10days!
I think this is a fair time-frame, I certainly don't expect things to happen overnight.

Whilst I love the idea of collectors raffles and instant wins. I have
been incredibly put off by tha lack of communication regarding wins.

I am approaching the 10 days of waiting and I contacted the company last week after seeing some negative reviews regarding delayed shipment and not receiving their items.

I had an email back informing me that site credit would be going on that day, that was a week ago. They informed me that they had to wait for their suppliers for the items, eh?

But I am waiting on lots of items listed below and also not sure I'll ever get them.

I spent lots of money on these raffles, so I am gutted.

Told I had won a comp, that there would be communication about dispatch in 10 days....nothing...

Update: I did get the win sent to me after a few weeks with an insinuation that it was my email that was a problem...funny, they got an email through to me today (2nd Jan) asking me to update my review now it has been sorted.

Review sites only work if people (customers and sellers) are honest...so I am not going to say what happened didn't happen, it did. Yes they sorted it and I am grateful, but won't be using them again...there are other reviews similar to mine, and I suspect a fair few have been amended positively after contact.

It’s with a heavy heart I must write this review in the hopes that my issues are resolved. I have never won any competitions with collector comps and that’s okay

However

I’ve won 3 instant wins and through the promotion “spend over £35 and receive a free pack” also earnt myself 9 additional packs. To date I have only received 1 of my instant wins and 1 pack.

The face of this company looks good but the inner workings are failing. I seriously hope that all of my overdue packs and wins are on there way to me however I have had the company promise me twice that they are coming and still nothing.

I would be very very wary about ever spending your money on this website.

Edit: These packs all arrived after they were sent out again special delivery after contacting the company directly.

I have used the site again and am waiting on another instant win but have high hopes it will arrive again.

Hoping to actually win a main prize but still hasn’t happened.

Won a competition on 18th October, emailed them on the day, no response, then sent a further email on 28th October, I received a reply on 31st October saying they were now 'just working through the items for that comp now'

Still heard nothing further than that so sent another follow up email on 7th November

To which I received no reply

TLDR-won 2instant wins,took 1month and a negative review to get a reply. But finally sorted in the end.
Seems to be a recurring theme with Instant win prizes.
Entered a Competition back in September, didn't win main prize but won 2 Instant wins.
Waited the 10 days they said when they would be in contact, nothing.
Tried emailing the @admin it says for you to contact, nothing.
May update in future, but nothing as of 30/10/23.
Update, got a response very next morning after writing this review.
All is sorted now with prizes being sent out as soon as possible with a little extra to make up for the delay.

Lack of communication! I won a prize and was told I would be contacted within 10 days which hasn’t happened! Why 10 days is the set time they need to reach out to you is beyond me. I still haven’t heard anything at all even after sending 2 emails to their admin inbox. I do however get bombarded with emails regarding new competitions they are holding. Funny how that works!

Won an ETB which was a surprise then i swiftly received a few days later.

Trustworthy site and great customer service.

I won an instant win on the 23 of September, I received an email that says they will contact me in 10 days, I wait for the email but nothing came, I tried contacting them via email, Facebook and Instagram, receiving no answer for now.
Edit: the day after writing my review they finally contact me to let me know my win was dispatched, now the cards have arrived, thanks, but a better communications will be appreciated.

I won an instant win on 25th September, I've not received any despatch information. I have emailed and messaged on Instagram with no response.
Edit: received a message back on insta and an email, cards have now arrived, many thanks!

Update:This has now been resolved (as of 23 October 2023) and to be fair to the company, communication was good once they replied. They sorted the issue snd the prize arrived as expected. For this reason I have updated my star rating and review.

Original Review: I entered a competition which was drawn on 18 Sept. I did not win the draw but I did win an instant prize. I received an email which stated "We will be in touch via email within 10 working days with dispatch information!". I did not hear anything after 10 working days so I sent an email. Still no reply. I have since sent 2 further emails and have still received no communication about my instant win. It seems this is a recurring issue judging by other reviews.
I will update when/if this gets resolved.

I can’t think of any guys of met that are genuine blokes. Care. And most importantly love and admire the hobby, actually reply to you and engage a conversation. Have good prizes which is also important. But honest too I can’t recommend this company enough and I can vouch for them everyday of the week happily. If I could give them 11/10 I would.
