Always a quick and reliable delivery to the Highlands and their decaf is one of the best I’ve had so far. Keeping thinking I should try other roasters but I’m struggling to see Colombia Coffee Roasters!

If you're in Oxford their store is great, but don't bother purchasing online.

Bought a kilo bag from the website, never showed up. Won't respond to emails. Had to sort it out through my credit card.

Had severe delays and no comms from them last time I bought online too, though I did eventually receive that order. Twice in a row isn't bad luck it's bad service, so I won't bother again.

Have not received it as yet. It’s too late a delivery.

My beloved Wilfa packed in and I was resigned to spending a good deal of money replacing it but could not live without one. Then we found you and saw that we could get a really great deal on a new Wilfa. We ordered and it arrived promptly. Super service and a super price. Thank you for putting me back in coffee heaven

Coffee is great but shipping was very slow. I placed an order on Monday but only received it on Saturday.
Will try the missing bean to see how the quality and service compares.
Update: Changed to five stars as they have responded to me on FB and offered me some freebies to collect in store (which I couldn't but appreciated the gesture). Received my second shipping within 3 days.
As a mother who has recently given birth and had to abstain from coffee before, during and after birth, having a cup of Oxford blend is something I look forward to everyday. It definitely helps me get through the day whilst working from home and having to look after a baby. Thank you!
