Purchased art work from Kerry
Purchased art work from Kerry, was delighted with it cream and gold, was hung in a room without any diffusers and at normal room temperature however painting changed to a green colour where the gold overlapped the white paint. Contacted Kerry who was really helpful and she made me another canvas and provided spare paint in case the same thing happened again ! Unfortunately exactly the same thing has happened with this canvas on the exact same places, it has turned to a green colour again where the gold overlapped the white. I contacted Kerry who asked if I had the packaging to return the item, I didn’t keep the packaging as the canvas was of a large size so disposed of the cardboard on arrival, again she suggested I cover the green with the spare paint she gave me, I am no artist so didn’t want to make the canvas worse ! Disappointed that this has happened a second time, Kerry is unsure why this has happened. The canvas is now a horrible green colour and unfortunately have had to take it down. Obviously this isn’t what I expected to happen with a canvas that I have purchased however Kerry was helpful but unfortunately wasn’t able to find resolution to the mystery !
