The delivery team were excellent in positioning the tub. The quality of the tub is superb and at a fantastic price. I would have given 5 stars however the communication could have been better. I had to chase for updates.

We had our hot tub delivered last week it was a tight squeeze but the delivery gentleman were amazing !
It is one of the best luxury item we have purchased absolutely love it everything from ordering to delivery was excellent definitely recommend Combined shipping.

Hot tub; Amethyst 5 seats. Order to a long time to arrive, but no longer than advertised up front. The team on the phone were really helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery team were great. We required a crane and SAS who Combined Shipping with work regularly with; all organised by Combined Shipping and the delivery ran smoothly. Great service and really pleased with the hot tub; works well and solidly built.

Can’t fault the delivery guys, they where amazing. Hot tub turned up with two big scratches inside and a lid holder that did not fit and should not have been sold with it, called up about the scratches to be sent a tiny used bit of sand paper and a empty bottle of T Cut 2 weeks later. Was told the lid holder doesn’t fit and should never had been sold it to send it back at our own cost and be happy as it’s over 14 days they won’t refund anything. Update the lovely Hannah contacted me after reading this review apologised for what had happened refunded the lid and postage.

We ordered our tub back in April and it arrived a couple of days ago, from ordering to delivery they have been amazing and the tub is amazing. I could not recommend them enough.

Excellent service and very good quality hot tub at an affordable price. I've had a tub before and this is much better quality with great features. The boys that delivered and installed it were very expert and we were enjoying it later that evening. Highly recommended.

Fabulous service. Delivery guys were delightful and despite being a bit worried about getting it through my garden fence they did it ! I paid for the full setting up service and everything went without a hitch. Highly recommend this company. I did my research they are the most value for money.

Staff were really helpful and even helped us to save money! Love the hot tub. Delivery was simple and guys were lovely. Straight forward to set up. Quality is fab and looks amazing. Love it!

Brand new decking scratch and damaged when the hot tub was dragged into position, response was that it was our fault for not putting plywood on it to allow the delivery men to put it in position, not being an expert in delivery’s this type of information would have been helpful beforehand, we just assumed it would be lifted into position. Or a heads up from the delivery people to say we should put something down. Shocking customer service, and now costing us a fortune to replace all the damage they have caused

Ordered an Olympic Swim spa, it was delivered last week and commissioned yesterday. The company has been excellent in keeping us in the picture. Excellent service and the setup engineer was fantastic great knowledge and experience and top-class advice and tuition.

Took longer that expected to arrive after we had ordered however due to covid this is out of their control so not really the companies fault, however when it arrived the product is excellent and the install team i can not praise them enough they were fantastic and a real credit to the company.

Excellent after sales service from CS. Have had our tub for 9 months and recently had an issue with the air blower. CS helped us with trouble shooting over the phone and sent out a part which we replaced and solved the problem. Thanks CS for your excellent service.

Despite the lead time from order to delivery, which in my case was 3 months, the hot tub was delivered into my garden by the very helpful delivery team.
Now all setup and working great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a low cost, but great quality hot tub.

From start to finish the communication between us and CS was fantastic, any questions we had were very quickly answered. On the day of delivery the tub was in situ extremely quickly. The delivery men and technicians were great and very friendly. We learnt a lot from the technicians who were happy to share loads of tips and tricks with us. we ordered the Milano 2 hot tub which we are extremely happy with, great solid tub with loads of modern features. When we get around to ordering a new tub we will defiantly be using CS because of the great customer service and extremely good value for money.

Amazing 5* service from the day we ordered to the day of delivery :) to the guys pulled up outside at 9am, the tub was positioned by 910, all set up and gone by 11, we paid for the installation, so glad we did the guys gave us lots of tips of what to do and what not to do .
I would highly recommend CS to anyone , yes you might have to wait a while for your Tub, but it's well worth the wait :) Happy Tub days ahead , enjoy everyone
