Comet Lighting Limited Opiniones

Website is easy to shop! I got the Aartin silk lampshades and a floor stand lamp with dark brown wood and gold! Absolutely obsessed with the quality and range they offer.

I’ve always been in love with idea of getting a floor lamp the home and when I came across that comet lighting had a floor lamp that was handmade with amazing quality and detail i was super sold on the Aartin Juno Floor Lamp and when I received it it was very simple to assemble and the lamp shade tilt feature made it very easy to shape into the way I wanted it. Looks gorgeous in the living room and the pop of blue from the lamp shade really fits into the aesthetic of the home. Love it

Excellent company to deal with. Prompt delivery in sturdy box to prevent any damage. Exactly what I wanted!

A lovely stylish small lamp, perfect for my newly furnished living room.

I’d like to comment on Comet lighting excellent service . I purchased a floor lamp and shade online . They contacted me straight away to say the lamp size for my floor stand was too small . Then gave me three options that would suit the stand better . But they weren’t the colour I was looking for . I sent pictures of my room & Decor colour . By return of email Comet lighting g had AI my room with a fabulous lamp shade .i had next day delivery with the stand and because of altering the shade that came day after . Absolutely fantastic service in every way . Now standing proudly in my newly decorated room . Love it thank you so so much . Would highly recommend Comet lighting .

Comet Lighting’s lights are beautiful and their customer service team are super helpful, efficient and polite. There was an issue with my courier and they took care of it promptly - absolutely fantastic service.

The aartin lampshades I bought from this company are pretty, well made and the colours are beautiful. They arrived on time and undamaged. Customer service is excellent.

Ordered a light from Comet Lighting - it arrived as planned.
Good delivery times and the light is perfect and was a really good price.

Quick and easy ordering and quicker delivery then told on ordering

These lampshades look stunning on my Standard Lamps in the Lounge! Excellent value as I managed to get them in a sale! Very fast dispatch, the only minor niggle was the cardboard box they came in had been bashed around a lot in transit, I guess that was the Courier?Fortunately the shades were not damaged but think the boxes could be a little sturdier! Love them & Highly recommend the Company ! Thanks!

I can’t speak highly enough of Comet Lighting’s customer service. I ordered Aartin’s Eden Green Ceramic Table Lamp along with a 35cm lampshade. When the items arrived, I noticed a scratch on the bulb holder of the lamp base, and unfortunately the shade was disproportionately too big.

I called Comet Lighting but couldn’t get through initially, so I left a message. Just a few minutes later, I received a call back from their sales representative, Olivia. She was very helpful and quickly offered a solution—exchanging my items for the Aartin’s Eden Green Ceramic Table Lamp with Green and White Ikat Lampshade (25cm) set, which was also available on their website. As this set was cheaper, they also arranged to refund the difference. All I needed to do was return the lampshade, with the cost covered by Comet, which I thought was a generous gesture.

I’ve since received the new lamp and shade set and am delighted with it. Just as importantly, I was very impressed with the exceptional service from Olivia. She stayed in constant contact throughout the exchange, delivery, and return process, and was always warm, responsive, and helpful.

If I need lighting in the future, I'll definitely order form Comet Lighting again.

The delivery from DPD goofed up as our home was at a new built postcode and sent back the parcel. This really got me irked as it was lot easier to check on Google and our address is right there. I then contacted Comet about this goof up in live chat and they instantly contacted the supplier and sent back the replacement for next day delivery. They even followed up on the next day for delivery confirmation. Brilliant to see such level of personal service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company to deal with and range and prices are great. If you need a supplier of lighting I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying from them. If I’m looking for further lighting this is where I’d look first. Thank you Comet Lighting

I was recently sent two lamps and shades and whilst they were a gift I am more than happy with them, there was an initial issue with one of the bases and shades, but this was resolved quickly with two new shades being sent and one new base.

Both the lamp bases and shades are stunning and I have them in my living room.

Very reasonable price, good quality light, if not a bit fiddly to assemble and fit. Quick delivery
