So glad I went with CFN as I'd been let down by 2 other brokers already and thought there was no hope. My circumstances were pretty complicated but the guys at CFN spent a lot of time upfront to fully understand my situation and then found a lender who was happy to accept my mortgage application.

From the application being submitted I got my offer in less than 3 weeks and then we completed on the remortgage another 5 weeks after that.

I'm delighted to say Emma updated me every step of the way with progress on the application and was always available at the end of phone to calm my nerves and reassure me.

I can't sign the praises of CFN high enough and am recommending them to all my friends and family as they've also saved me a fortune on my monthly payments.

Thank you once again, you're my broker for life now :)

Beware of this Terrible Morgtage Broker . Always lie to catch you and when you paid fees upfront they dont help. I never used them before they total lie . They used West One loan company which is worse company to work with . Avoid Avoid Avoid and do not use this company.Time wasters. Very very bad serivce. They took money upfront and then keep asking for more information all the time and after 3 months will give you bad news.I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company . and I can not emphasize enough how awful my experinece was . From start to finish , they lack displayed as shocking lack of professionalism and managment. The process was riddle with delays,misinformaiton and hidden fees taht seemed to pop out of nowhere. They always work with bad and rubbish lender. Do not waster your hard earn money. Very bad managment. I wasted nearly £1000 as per their advice and false hopes and in the end did not get secure loan. Absoulty joke. One of the worse and nightmare company . Please think 100 times before use them. Useless. Bad mortgage broker and rubbish outcome after many weeks. I wish i could give them less then one star. Every time you call them they will say its nearly done but nothing been done and in the end all refused. They do not deal direct with mortgage lender as they use another rubbish middle man comapny . Worse experience. Never again. What was most infuriating was their complete disregard for transparency . Please stay of this useless company. Do yourself a favour and find a reputable mortage broker that values your time, money and peace of mind. I was struggling already very bad and this company force me to waste my money on valuation and documents . They charge application fees and say we will keep trying to get you mortgage or laon but they dont help . All they care about their applicaton fees where no one else charge this rediciluos amount of money upfront. Worse comapny in the world. Stay away .

I would like to extend my gratitude to both Amit and Catherine who helped me obtain a Shari’ah compliant mortgage. Despite the lengthy period of time, they were extremely patient and continued to support me throughout the process.

We have had a fantastic experience organising our ex pat mortgage with this company. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go with commercial finance in the future.

Cameron McCabe was great. Timely responses and he explained everything in great detail. Was my first time buying so obviously had a lot of questions but Cameron was helpful throughout. Easy and efficient process - I just had to spend some time on the phone and go through a load of questions on income etc. From the application to offer (including valuation - although this is not really in a brokers control) was an impressive 3 days!

His colleague,Catherine Edmonds, who will be dealing with my application going forward was amazing. She explained the process well and I understood what was needed from my end.

I would recommend using Cameron as your mortgage broker.

I contacted the UK Mortgage Broker through the Facebook ad. I understand UK Mortgage Broker is a subdivision of Commercial Finance Network. Please avoid this company if you are applying for your mortgage. They are unprofessional and do not act in your best interest. I have struggled to get hold of the mortgage broker after I paid £499 for the mortgage application on the first day (20 Jan 2021). He has not replied to my email sent 11 days ago.

I did not receive mortgage illustration, privacy notice nor their company details before my application was submitted. I did not know who was the lender when the application was submitted. I trusted the mortgage broker and I believed he had found the most suitable lender for me. However, after few days when I chased the broker, he told me he had submitted my application to TMW which I had specifically asked him to avoid this lender as they had picked my minor issue a month ago. I think this is just unprofessional and not paying attention.

I have now lost confidence in my application and have put a complaint. They do not have complaint procedure information on their website nor this was sent to me when I became their client. Their business practice is unethical.

This is a company which did not send mortgage illustration, privacy notice nor their company information before my application was submitted. I think they were after £499 payment than the client's best interest. I hope I will get my refund asap. I am concerned about how they will keep safe of my personal information and documents sent to them.
