Clear facts presented by Charlotte in a highly professional way while still being approachable and friendly. She was also understanding and appreciate of time pressures I faced to even take the call.

Seamless from start to finish
I am so glad I found commercial trust via a Google search. From start to finish this was an easy process. I was dealing with Paul and Ellie and they were both amazing. Always keeping me up to date and making sure that I had everything in place that I needed. I asked to change mortgage a few times and due to changing dates with a new build we had to start the process all over from the start and there was no problems at all when this happened. Can't believe how much patience…
Can't believe how much patience Dominikz Gawlik had with us. Our case was not a straight normal remortgage it was very complicated. 10 months later and thanks to her we are sorted.
Ella also helped us and kept us updated at all stages.

My experience with Commercial Trust has been very impressive.
They found me a very competitive product that was perfect for my needs in a complex situation. Amanda acted as liaison between me and the mortgage lenders and also the solicitors for both parties. She was friendly and professional and kept on top of things so l didn’t have to. She even chased my solicitor when he was dragging his feet, but in a tactful and discrete way. Rafael, Lewis, and Meghan arranged three mortgages for me. They kept me informed throughout and were able to expedite matters with my lawyer. The service was first class and I would certainly use their services again.

Was trying to take out a morgage on my house that has no morgage on it
Then after the valuation was done I was informed I needed to have another house lined up even though I have no idea what was being offered to me
So a complete waste of time and fees
This company are more about making commission than customer service

I was recommended this company by a friend and it certainly turned out to be good advice.
Having spent four hours on the phone and loads of paperwork trying to make a previous application direct with a bank, Commercial Trust couldn’t have been more polite and efficient.
I was kept up to date with every aspect of the process, including delays and possible completion dates. Their level of communication was spot on.
Choosing a mortgage It is a complex transaction and the numbers and choices are big and daunting but Paul explained the options vert at a pace I could understand.

Appalling, Provided all required documents and information, followed their recommendations. The criteria initially established were never adhered to and they blame the lenders criteria.
Appalling, Absolutely incorrect information from the outset. Once they collect your initial fees the original recommendation made by them goes out of the window. Never use them again !!!

It is always very disappointing to receive negative feedback, as we take pride in doing the best job possible for all our clients, so I wanted to take the opportunity to reply to your comments.
Having investigated your case, I cannot agree with you when you say we gave you incorrect information from the outset. We pride ourselves in the due diligence we carry out in sourcing and recommending the right lender and we received a mortgage offer for you and submitted your application in good faith. However, as a broker we don’t have control over the underwriters or valuers decision and comments. Unfortunately you, and we, have been subject to two lenders changing their decision post-application. We are clear with every client that an application is subject to these checks by the lender – it is built into our process to do so.
I also cannot agree with your comment that “Once they collect your initial fees the original recommendation made by them goes out of the window”. We undertook additional work, twice, to find alternative lenders and we have an offer available to you, which you have decided not to pursue.
We are very keen to help you secure the finance you are seeking you have my details, should you change your mind.

A wonderful personal and professional service
This summarizes a long and tedious process
BUT THE END RESULT WAS 100% SUCCESS
Last January I was remortgaging a BTL and during that time period ( with another broker) It was not completed before the March lockdown descended
Of course there were no valuations so no mortgage offers. Additionally my flat is below 18 metres high and obtaining the Form EWS1 took a very long time from the builders (St James).
Nearly all lenders wanted this Form even though it was not a legal requirement.
However once I contacted Commercial Trust the wheels started to turn and a very nice lady named Corinna Lovett took my hand, metaphorically as I was abroad, and guided, assisted and led me to a lender prepared to lend at a high LTV
Due to my traveling and living abroad occasionally for short periods, the application process took some time but throughout it, although the lender was sometimes awkward and, I would say over thorough, Corinna pressed, pushed and persuaded the lender to make me an offer.
I am convinced that I would not have been successful without Corinna’s constant involvement.
Thank you very much Corinna. You worked tirelessly for me and gave me the best personal and professional broker service ever. Best Wishes John

Professional with a personal touch - highly recommend Kim Sinfield
I filled in my details on Friday night and on Monday as stated I was called, unable to take the call at work I gave a time I could talk and that exact minute I was called back, all details were take in a professional manner. I dealt with Kim Sinfield from start to finish, I use to be a Customer Service Manager so expect a high level of service I couldn’t fault Kim not only was she punctual, every time we spoke, she followed up with emails and I always knew where I was up to. Kim was a professional who also gave a personal touch and excellent customer service. It wasn’t straightforward for the mortgage I wanted so I knew Kim must have worked hard for this and can’t thank her enough. A credit to Commercial Trust. I do realise the fees for CT are higher than other brokers but they offer a service that you can’t always get elsewhere. A huge thank you to Kim, I would highly recommend her to others.

Guy called Phillip said no problem getting buy to let mortgage.
He said he has submitted it for approval to Kensington
Subsequently another guy emails me requesting considerable information
Thought they were the brokers.
I reluctantly provided this and then unbelievably they then ask for yet more information.
This company is a joke.
I paid them an upfront fee which I am now issuing Court proceedings to recover.
Whatever you do do not apply for a mortgage with these incompetent clowns.

Your allegations are very strongly put and I am keen to address what you have said point by point.
You accuse us of lying in relation to being able to secure you a mortgage.
My findings are that we have in fact secured a decision in principle from a lender for you, but that when standard, necessary documentation to support a mortgage application were requested from you, not all of the requested documents were sent. For this reason we contacted you to request them again.
You accuse our company of being a joke. I can assure you we take matters of complaint from clients very seriously, which is why we have investigated your claims in detail and in full, but have found your claims to be unfounded.
You accuse us of being incompetent. Our investigation found that at all times the team trying to help you acted professionally and diligently in their work on your behalf. As such I am disappointed you have formed this opinion given I find your allegations completely unfounded.
We still can and are still willing to secure you the mortgage you require. The manager who investigated your complaint has contacted you to this effect.
