Avoid,this company has been hounding me to switch for a fortnight. I've told them multiple times I'm am not interested, but they persist in ignoring my wishes.
The caller insisted thay I absolutely must change my phone and plan .

Got a better deal than my current package and Josh was a really nice guy to talk too and very helpful.
*Edit* Just wanted to add, I received everything they promised.... Got a new S25 and a cheaper monthly contract. Admittedly I was paranoid it was too good to be true but comparethenetworks.com seem to have delivered. Very helpful when I called them for support with my SIM too, can't fault the service so far.

Had a call today from compare the network. Jack was able to get me a good deal withe a different network which offers me a much better signal. Everything was explained to me really well and Jack was patient and professional when dealing with all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to switch providers. They handle the process of switching completely so no hassle to the customer. Great job Jack!

Got to be honest, I do not know where the poorer reviews come from as I have been with them for nearly 3 years. Only time they contact me was when they offered me the contract initially and today to take care of my renewal. They are a reseller of services of all the major networks so bulk buy and offer you the discounts. They were up front about VAT and i am a business customer so aware of how it works. For now i cannot say I have had any issues.

Crystal was able to get me a far better deal on my airtime plan…. Everything was straight forward and she explained everything clearly and made the process so easy. A quick phone call and I’ve saved on my monthly bill.

On the 30th May 2025 I spoke with a team member (not aloud to mention names) after him selling my husband a contract, my husband then asked him to contact myself as he was offering "a great deal". After discussion about price i made him aware that I do not want to pay anymore than £50 per month, to which i was offered a contract for £45 per month. I then received an email with check boxes and to accept and sign a contract, this felt very rushed over the phone but I went ahead and signed. A few days later I received my mobile device with the sim card following the next day. On the 4th of June I received all documentation regarding the contract, upon checking this it was a shock to see that my monthly bill would be over £54 per month! They do not mention or give a total cost inclusive of vat prior to signing the contract, at absolutely no point when speaking to this person did he mention VAT especially when I said I do not want to pay over 50 a month for a phone he never thought to mention that it would indeed be higher than that figure after vat! The same thing was done to my husband. I then complained about this after seeking advice from trading standards! To which I received an email from him with an apology and offering me £150 cash as an apology payment, I asked if instead of an apology payment could he reduce my bill per month to 49 inc vat. He couldn't do this he could only reduce by a few £s before vat and advised that the cash option was financially better for me. They apparently pay off your termination charge as well to your previous provider so I mentioned to him that my settlement fee went from 280 down to 220 so at this point he offers me an extra £60 on top of the £150 which meant I would receive £210 as an apology payment. I accepted this to keep the deal live (his words) I have all of this on email! To cut this down as I have been through so much with this company I could genuinely write this review for days. However I left it 2 weeks waiting on my 210 apology payment, I thought I'd give it time until I received my final bill from three which they advised to email to them and they'd pay that bill. Fast forward another 2 weeks and phone calls every day to chase payments I have had numerous people speak to me with empty promises and lies, stating they will get this sorted. Yesterday, 4 weeks later I finally received my "apology" payment but still no payment for paying off my previous contract, I called them yet again to be told I won't be receiving any more money and that this person had infact promised something he could not actually offer. Only 4 weeks later am I being told this after 3 or 4 people said they'd sort it out. I have been lied to daily and treated awful from this company, I have been in tears with stress dailly through this and now I'm told they can't even put me to his manager, I can't cancel the contract and there is nothing they can do for me! My next step is the Ombudsman! More stress for me but I will not accept being treated this way. Please please stay away and save yourself the hassle. Pay the extra for a consumer contract. I hope this helps someone and I apologise if it is mixed up as I have so much more to say but can't write it all!
UPDATE
Someone else has been in touch to sort this out, they can't offer the original cash payment however he did offer to reduce my monthly bill to just under £50 per month including VAT which i was happy to accept. He sorted this out swiftly and any future dealings I would contact him direct. I still believe consumer contract is a better option so that you have your rights, however I am happy to have this sorted and thanks to this person for his help.

Absolutely shocking company.
Telling you a price for a new contract per month getting you to sign the contract then telling you that does not include vat until it was signed.
So now I have a contract I can not afford.
There tactics are Absolutely abysmal.
Please stay away from this company once you sign you have no rights.
It's a business contract which means you have no right to cancel.
Stay away.

Crystal was excellent. Took her time to find me the best plan. Made it a service that was bespoke and tailored to my needs. She was clear with her communication and generally just very pleasant. 10/10 would recommend

I received a phonecall from the company and was put through to Crystal for advice and support. Crystal managed to find me an amazing deal, she was very patient and understanding. Listened well to what my specifications were and spoke me through everything multiple times because I'm very forgetful! Very happy with the service I received. Thankyou Crystal! ☺️

The company is calling me 2-3 times per week.
I am registered with TPS, removed my number as per their telephone system and called them to tell them to stop but they continue to call.
I've blocked their number, and they now go through my website. When I have called them in this I am told they do not do this, yet I have the number clearly in my web software as calling 9 times in the last couple of weeks.
They change the number they call from.
Reported weekly to the ICO

This company has been cold calling me for over two years, hanging up when I tell them to remove my number. It's clearly a scam, they have worse prices than any other comparison site or network, and are attempting to represent other companies in a misleading way. I don't expect them to stop calling me, but this is the only way to get them to respond seriously. If they ring you, hang up immediately.
