Awful service . Waited over 90 mins in total for meet and greet parking . Hardly spoke any English or certainly couldn't understand the customer services .
Also was told I had to pay the £8 each way parking tickets to get out of the car park . Wouldn't use these guys at any price again.

I think one star is generous! If you find this website do no use it! We waited an hour for our car and the guys are rude and total liars! It was home farm livery but booked via compare your parking and park and ride Bristol!

Total shambles waiting over an hour for return of car on landing and 40 minutes on departure for car collection. Reviews of damage to cars etc widespread on Trustpilot, Stay safe and use a recommended provider

The money was taken straight from our credit card, but we never received any email confirmation.We tried everything to resolve this—we emailed, called, and when we finally managed to speak to someone, they claimed they had no record of a confirmation and promised to look into it. We never heard back from them, and subsequent calls and messages were completely ignored. Only after this happened did I take the time to look closely at them and read their Trustpilot reviews—my husband deeply regrets not checking them first. Taking your money while failing to deliver any service or communication is completely unacceptable. We have now had to get our credit card company involved to recover the funds. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

Zero stars!!!!!! This is a scam avoid like the plague had to report them to the police to get them to return our car. They offer a 30 min meet and greet we waited over an hour after chasing every 10 mins to get our car back- absolute joke. They send you to the wrong car park on their instructions and aren’t even permitted to use the car park suggested so you get sent elsewhere, this is not meet and greet this is off dodgy airport parking, our car had been on a residential street near slough. we then had to pay 2x £13 charges to drop off and collect within the airport short stay car park.

Very bad experience. Waiting a lot to be picked up from the airport and also to take you to the airport after dropping off your car. 2 days after picking up my car I got a penalty for parking the car in a private car park after the vehicle was entirely out of my possession and under the care of the parking company . Never again !!!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before using this outfit.
The operator we were offered / that was offered to us was pretty flaky. Part of the instruction was call the company - LHR Meet & Greet - 20 mins before drop off. There was initially no answer from the number you had to call. Eventually we waited 35 minutes for the driver that was supposed to be meeting us. A catch is that the customer pays for the short stay parking - so all the messing around is paid for by the customer....
On our return we waited 75 minutes for the car to be delivered back to us! The driver was very apologetic ...telling us that he'd only been given the job 15 minutes earlier.
Absolute cr*p service, unnecessarily stressful and with additional parking charges it became expensive. Avoid - avoid - avoid.

Utter lies and falsification of my feedback. Was going to leave a 3-4 star rating. Due to difficulty in getting hold of anyone. Wait times at drop off and collection were too long and an excessive charge for a delayed collection (my fault) However, following a phone call requesting feedback yesterday, I received an email which alleges that I left ‘very nice compliments on the call’, it also included my **REMARKS** where apparently, my experience was ‘smooth, it made my travel experience more enjoyable and that I highly recommend’. This is complete falsification of what I said. Utter lies!!

Don't touch them with a bargepole. Very poor communication. Absolutely appalling. Spend a bit more to get a reliable service. Glad we changed. We didn't get a refund. Rubbish

Damage to vehicle during stay. Impossible to contact someone who can explain the procedure, I am told to call back and speak to “Sam” and then when I do, Sam doesn’t take calls. Cat & mouse game to avoided dealing with the issue.

Avoid like the plague. Called half hour before arrival to warn them as per their request and still waited 40 minutes for them to come and collect my car. Nearly missed my flight. On return I waited one hour for them to bring my car back to me. Could have taken the tube from Heathrow to North London and been home quicker. Also was not made aware of the fact that also had to pay £8 for the terminal entry ticket n both in and out legs. Not one person in the service spoke English properly. Disaster of a service and would give it 0 stars if I was able to. Avoid.

Booked my Heathrow T3 parking through this platform. A company called Platinum parking was used but when i called the driver to pick up my car he told me that he was from Lion parking a sister company. Anyway the dropping off the vehicle was ok the wait was around 20 mins so not quite meet and greet even though i called them according to the instruction provided. Collecting my car on the return was a nightmare to say the least. Will provide a seperate review on Platinum /Lion parking. The landline number was not working. Compare your parking deals contact number 03333661422 was also not working. Please avoid this platform as it appears they do not vet the companies thoroughly.

If I could give it no stars I would - my car arrived back with smashed in headlight and damage to the wing. I was told to follow complaint procedure which I have and no one will respond or communicate with me at all. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE. I am out of pocket for my repairs and no recourse unless I take them to court.

Booked 'My car care limited' for parking at Stansted. Ruined my holiday experience. Was travelling with young children and had to wait for AGES for my car to come when we arrived despite the website saying it will come 'within 30 mins'. After a long flight with little children the last thing i want to do is wait hours for my car to arrive so i can finally go home. Do not book through this company. I can't even find the actual my car care limited online. Just found them through this comparison website. Seems like theyll just place anyone on here.

We were fined by car park owners at Stansted(NSL) because their driver did NOT leave the car park for 1 Hr & 20 Mins.
Also, waited for car on return, nearly 2 Hrs.
Rude, ignorant, uncaring.

dodgy company , advertising for Heathrow Valet Parking but once you paid you get Platinum Parking LTD service provider with only negative feedback even no one positive feedback and a minute later when I realised the parking is not provided by Heathrow Valet parking I canceled it but I got £15 less refund

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would.
Poor communication throughout. Our flight was cancelled and I had arraged for a new flight on the same day but at a different time from a different terminal, although this wasn't Compareyourparkingdeals fault, trying to get hold of them to inform them of this change was a nightmare, we ended up having to leave it until we arrived at the airport to call the number provided for pick up and then drive to another location in order for it to be collected.
A week following our return from holiday, I recieved a fine through the post. This company had parked my car in a hotel car park for a duration of time (unknown reasons why??) and did not pay the hotels parking.
I contacted the company to inform them of this fine via phonecall and was informed they would pay it. I later had text messages with the company, to again confirm they would pay this time. Nearly a month later, this fine has still not been paid and I have had to take the parking charge further and provide proof that I was not the driver of the car and it was in fact Compareyourparkingdeals UK. I have reminded Compareyourparkingdeals UK several times about this fine and have not heard back from them since our first communications.

I booked parking through this company, i didn't realize at the time its a broker company so they don't except any responsibility. One of the companies on their books is -SC Parking LTD- my advise to anyone is to avoid this company, its probably the worst experience I've ever had , when i returned from holiday i called them to drop off my car as our plan had just landed- only to be told my car had been involved in a crash. Stansted Airport - they told me the car was being repaired this was not the case, they never made any attempt to repair it, i had to go back to collect it from Southampton - I'm now in the process of going to court, there is so much more i could write - please be careful avoid these companies at all costs.

Booked at Heathrow Terminal 3. Dropped off the car no problem but on return I rang while we were picking up the bags as per instructions on the email, was told the car would be 25 minutes. We arrived at the pick up point and waited 1 1/2 hours for the car to finally arrive. During that time we called various mobile numbers that we had been previously called on for updates- mostly no answer or we were told that they would text the number of the driver so we could speak to him directly only to find out that we still weren’t speaking to the driver. However the person on the phone could tell us that ‘he would be 15 minutes’ despite not speaking to him or knowing which car we were waiting for.
We were also called during the time we were waiting by someone saying he had arrived but he had a different car.
Having read the reviews whilst waiting we were getting worried. The car then arrived strangely only having 2 miles more on the clock than when we left it and exactly the same charge range (electric). Begs the question- where had the car been and why did it take so long to get to us???
Luckily no problems with bodywork or dirty interior.
A lucky escape for us compared to some reviews but a terrible, terrible service.
