Amazing quality product with amazing customer service from start to finish! We are really happy with our new front door/frames and would highly recommend Comp Door!

The door delaminated after 4 months. Have had numerous doors with scuffs, problems with welds and most recently a door with a puncture mark which wasn't discovered until taking the tapes off prior to install. The only offer was to pay for a new slab so be warned you will have to check every door on delivery as they state if you install your doors 3 weeks after delivery they will charge you for a new slab. Never had these issues with windows or other composite door fabricators before, they are always willing to help and accept fault rather than shifting blame constantly.

Won't be using them in the future.

I ordered a door recently via The Trade Village. Firstly, the order was made on 5th March, I was given a delivery date for 22 March. Just over a week after the order date I was sent an email from the Trade Village stating that Comp Door do not have the cassette in stock for the style of door I ordered and I would now have to wait unill 8th April for that to come in stock before they made an attempt to deliver around 11th April.

The door arrived palleted at the local couriers which I collected. I checked the paperwork, made sure measurements were correct, removed the old door and upon installing, found the door and the two sidelights to be different heights by 20mm.

**** In an update, Comp Door and their supplier has really gone above and beyond to provide a solution to the problem experienced. I was given a remake door with the furniture on which assists me with the swap out.
All in all though, to have someone accept some issues of theirs and actually do what they need to do to sort out their problem is very refreshing. It's highlighted the fact that they listen and care about their customers. It's made me think twice about me not using them again.

CompDoor are offering a great product, but more importantly attentive & collaborative service. If we have any issues they are quickly corrected & our customers are really loving the doors!

Every time I have called up, the team has been so helpful, from getting us setup to sending us any required information, communication in general is spot on.
Customer service is definitely at the heart of what they offer.

We have just had a comp door fitted and it is perfect and looks really smart. It is fitted with secure ABS locks which are a major plus for us. We have wooden garage doors next to the new door and comp door have sent us a small colour sample so we can match the colour if the front door. In short, great product and very good prompt customer service. Thank you.
