After 3 years of studying in this place - both in real life attendance and virtually - my overall singing and teaching performance has massively grown. By now I really feel free to perform any note, sound and expression that the music wants me to do in a healthy way and I can pass it on to various types of singers. This wouldn't have been possible without the continuous positive, honest and constructive feedback culture that is provided by the teacher team at CVI.

I observed a lot of advantages in doing this course hybrid. I'm a bit biased because I love hybrid coaching, anyways. ;) During the virtual seminars I had much more practice time because my mic was on mute and I could practice and sing along with my colleagues. I had the most profound takeaways actually from these moments because it gave me the space to experiment with more options. The advantage of in real life attendance was of course the possibility to sing and practice together with colleagues and pianists. You learn faster when you are doing some of the exercises together with other singers in the group and within a musical context. Besides, the atmosphere at the institute is insanely good, welcoming and open. This institute seems to attract wonderful, humble human beings who are very serious, yet playful about their work.

The institute also takes care about the whole administration running smoothly. As a customer I have always felt seen and heard.

CVI and CVT offer concrete and thorougly researhed tools for the voice. Endless possibilities in an environment where questions are encouraged and answered. Something for everyone. The whole schooling system could take notes on how to enable learning!

Cvi is good for your voice and for your soul

I have been working with CVI for over three years now. My voice has improved dramatically with their help during this time. CVI teaches simple techniques that can improve anyone's singing voice; it's that simple. Their work has evolved through years of technical research and practical application. CVT honors all styles of singing and approaches the body and singer with utmost respect.
All of the teachers and administration staff that I have worked with have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recommend CVI to all my musician and performing friends and colleagues.

I took the online course (Zoom) for 1 year in 2021-2022. For me, it was the first time I received singing lessons that were not vague. The singing technique (Complete Vocal Technique - CVT) is based on years of research, supported by scientific methods. In that research ALL singing styles were studied. This resulted in a complete overview of the sounds a voice can produce, called 'modes'. The lessons focus on how to produce these sounds (mainly through 'settings' in the mouth). In addition, extensive attention is paid to important basics such as breathing and breath support. The teachers are so good! I was impressed not only by their ability to explain how the voice works, but also by how well they can demonstrate all the sounds/modes. They help you very concretely with how you can sound the way you want. After this year, I have a solid foundation and the necessary tools to further evolve as a singer. An expensive course, but worth every penny. Thank you CVT!

Instead of telling you "you have this or that kind of voice and should sing this or that repertoire", the CVT-Teachers ask "What do you want to sing!" and then just teach you how you do it. To me it is the best and healthiest Singing-technique for all genres and styles (no matter if belcanto or death metal).
The 1-year-online-course was just great, we all made such a big progress and had a lot of fun. During the singinglessons of your teammates you can even sing with them (since you are muted) and really learn a lot.

I am a big fan of CVI, have attended the one year course as well as the 5 day course and am pretty sure, that I will do another one! The teachers are highly professional and supportive and the atmosphere is very welcoming!

I’m currently attending the 3-year course. I think the fact that this is already my third course at CVI speaks for itself - I keep coming back because I have yet to find a place that offers as much joy and inspiration in addition to very skilled teachers, great location and the best colleagues I could hope to study with. Highly recommend for singers who are serious about developing their skills as vocalists and/or vocal coaches.

Had a great experience doing the 5-day course at the CVI in Copenhagen. We had a nice small group of people from all over the world, got lots of info and practice and received professional coaching.

I really love CVI. The clear method brings me a lot of different colors in my voice. The atmosphere in the Summercourse is vibrant. Really awsome

I took the 5 day course but planning to go further. Great atmosphere and I've learned a lot already in these few days.

I took the 3-year singer / singing teacher diploma course.I got the most valuable tools to work professionally as a singing teacher as well as finally being able to work on my own voice as I always wanted to. The best thing about this school though is the atmosphere where instead of competition we have collaboration, where we get inspired and help each other grow.
Totally worth it. Highly recommend!

I was starting my education at CVI with being motivated to learn all the sounds and curious to see if the CVT-technique really works (also with me) and if the atmosphere in the institute is really as good as everybody tells.
After having finished the One-Year and the 3-Years-Education I have to say, that every wish I had on the singing and the pedagocial education was more than fullfilled.
This education was really life changing to me!
I had never thought that I could make so much progress in my own singing and be and the same time so positively supported by the teachers.
Theydon't only say that we have to work with each without competing they really live and show that to us in every teaching and singing lesson. That made us able to create a group learning atmosphere without competing AND therefore with a lot of support to each other. The own progress was as important as the progress of all the others of the group. We felt responsible for the others progress and helped us all to reach our personal aims. Besides the teachers gave us great feedback and guidance to keep following up to our next aims.
This way of working together and supporting each other at the same time could change the world! Let's spread that! Anna, Germany

I never thought it was possible to grow this much in 1 year. I learned that you can learn or teach everything if there is interest and positivity! I loved it! I think everybody should teach like these teachers!!
I’m so sad my course is over, but i’m sure this is not my last course that I will do! You’ll see me back CVI! ;)

CVI is the best school ever if you want to improve your singing skills! Amazing technique and kind and competent teachers. I truly recommend it to all the singers out there, you're going to learn so much!
