Compliance Chain have been excellent from the very beginning. From the initial start-up call, everything was clearly explained and well organised, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.
What really stands out is their ongoing support. They haven’t just set things up and disappeared — they’ve kept in regular contact, checked in when needed, and have always been available to answer questions or provide guidance. It feels like they genuinely care about making sure everything continues to run smoothly.
Overall, a very professional, reliable service with great communication throughout. I’d highly recommend Compliance Chain to anyone looking for consistent support and a team that stays engaged beyond the initial setup.

Fantastic System and a Fantastic Team!
I’ve had a really positive experience with Compliance Chain. The system itself is fantastic once you’ve got used to setting up projects, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making it practical and effective.
A huge shoutout to my relationship manager, Gemma Stanway, who has been absolutely amazing. Any time I’ve needed clarification or help with adding measures, she’s been super helpful and always gets back to me almost immediately. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and her support has made a big difference.
Highly recommend both the platform and the support team!

Great experience
Having used another social value reporting tool before which we found difficult to work with we were delighted when first introduced to Compliance Chain's platform. Reporting becomes easy, user friendly, very intuitive and we love the fact that the team works with us closely to make sure that we can tweak anything to fit our needs. The team has been amazing in the last year we have worked together, from the first introduction to our regular reviews meeting, helping us with training, implementing new functions constantly looking to better the platform rather than sit on what they sold us which we already liked. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone wanting to take the next step in their social value reporting.
