It took more than two weeks get my phone screen and sim tray replaced. I had to return the phone because it was not receiving and calling out and the phone was not charging. When I finally came to pickup the phone the new screen was scratched by technician who did the final repair to fix the problems.

Computer Repair Doctor did an awesome job repairing my computer and they did it very quickly. I will highly recommend them.

My computer is 100% functional now and the price was decent! However, they mislabeled the address when sending it back to me, and it got delivered to someone else. Thank goodness the person was able to get in contact with me and we arranged for me to pick up my computer. I don't know what happened with the mailing since I verified my address with the person I spoke to. I hope this isn't a common error

They were prompt in returning a diagnosis and gave me an honest opinion, from which they did not profit. As I had to buy a new computer, they were helpful with recommendations. I took my new laptop to them for setup, and they did it the same day. I cancelled my plan with the Geek Squad and plan to come here for any future computer issues.
