Concept Glazing Ltd Opiniones

We were very impressed with Jake when discussing our French doors. He asked if we’d considered bi-folds, and the minute he said it we could see it was a great idea.
Everything worked like clockwork following that initial meeting. Jake, Josh and Daniel arrived on time, were friendly and polite and completed the work to a high standard. The quality and impact of the bifold doors is high and we were left with a tidy and clean work area, showing respect for our property. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to you

From start to finish, the team at Concept Glazing exceeded my expectations. They maintained a clean and tidy workspace throughout, showing great care and attention to detail. Their effective daily communication made everything so much simpler, keeping me informed every step of the way. Jake and the team are not only incredibly skilled but also a fantastic group of people—friendly, approachable, and always up for a good chat and a laugh. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality work with a personal touch.

I could not be happier with the quality and aesthetics of our new windows in stalled by concept Glazing. From the moment of meeting Jake for a quote I was very impressed with his professional yet friendly manner.

The guys who fitted the windows along with him are a credit to his company with their tidiness and cheerful, friendly personalities.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to use for any window needs.

Thank you for such great service!

First class service and first class guys, Jake is the perfect gent and fitting is world class (hence the awards). I would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. Well done to Dan in his first year at concept. Your customer service and politeness is faultless.

From initial contact, through the site survey and specification selection to the installation and handover and demonstration was such an easy and straightforward process with Concept Glazing with great communication throughout. Many thanks to Jake, Aimee, Dan and Josh for making the whole process simple and stress free. The quality of installation and finish was outstanding and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Concept Glazing for future work.

Returning customers. After the excellent service of Jake and his team installing new patio doors and a brand new window. We decided to have all of our window's replaced in the house. Jake and his team were fantastic from the first meeting till everything was installed. They were clean, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend as both us and our families wouldn't use anyone else now. Thank you.

Highly recommended.
Jake and his team were great from start to finish. Jake’s advice when we first discussed the project was excellent, no pressure selling, unlike some competitors.
His colleagues worked hard and attention to detail was outstanding. They even hosed down my driveway to leave it clean and tidy!

Couldn’t recommend Jake and the team anymore. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Love our doors, great quality and fitted perfectly. Extremely trustworthy

Jake and the team at Concept Glazing were fantastic from start to finish.

The initial design consultations were really helpful to see the range of options available and Jake was able to provide the designs super imposed onto the house. He was also quick to reply over the phone for any queries etc.

The team on the day were extremely polite and worked efficiently.

We can’t really fault any part of our experience!

Excellent service by Jake and his team from start to finish everything left clean and tidy. Front and back doors fitted with synced locks, new windows up and down stairs.
Quickly returned to rectify a problem with the front door lock.

Concept glazing were amazing, replacing all our windows and a door. They were quick and efficient and left the place clean and tidy. The windows are fantastic and really enhance the property’s “kerb appeal”.

Outstanding service from Jake and the team at Concept Glazing, we're delighted with the new composite front door and side light.

From the start Jake had been very helpful and accommodating, and despite us changing our plans several times he was patient and continued to provide a faultless service.

I think the biggest factor for us going with Concept Glazing was that we trusted Jake. He's reassuring, calm, polite and professional, and has delivered precisely what he said he would, on time and without any fuss.

The new door we've got also looks stunning and that's in part due to the time spent by Jake going through the options with us and again being patient while we figured out what we wanted.

My wife and I would highly recommend Concept Glazing, top notch service.

Thanks again Jake, we'll be in touch once we're ready to do the windows.

We have recently had a beautiful front double door installed by Jake and his amazing team . From the first consultation to the installation, it was such a professional and smooth process. Jake helped me to choose what was going to suit the house and me being an indecisive person, he was so patient and helpful.
The team are so lovely and also very tidy and polite.
I would highly recommend Concept Glazing and will always use them in the future.

The team is diligent and caring about your property. Jake worked through the design with us, and Amy was very accommodating when we visited the showroom. We would recommend and use them again.

We found Concept Glazing via Google. Their product, reviews, Jake's passion for doors and pricing convinced us that they were the Company for us. Jake and his team (Josh and Ben) were fabulous. Their workmanship, tidiness and finished product are second to none. Would definitely recommend.

We are over the moon with the transformation of our front door and porch installation by Jake and the Team! Jake listened to our ideas and guided us in planning a modern touch to a 1930’s style door. Along with the quality of the materials and finishes touches, it has made such a huge difference. Concept Glazing offer a 5 star service and would highly recommend them!

Thank you to Jake and the team for doing such a wonderful job with our new aluminium flush windows. Right from the start Jake advised us on the layout and style to complement our house, this first class service followed through to the completed installation. We are so pleased with the results, better than we ever imagined. The whole process was seamless, the care and attention from all the team was superb. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

We could not have been happier with the service and quality of work carried out by Jake and his team. They are very professional, extremely clean/tidy and did exactly what was expected of them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for the work carried out which was to fit Velux windows. First class service - and nice guys as well.

Jake and his team were excellent from start to finish, answering all of our queries in the run up to the installation. Jake also kindly arranged for us to visit a similar door he’d installed to help us visualise. The entire team were all polite and clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the door and would use them again and recommend to others. Many thanks.

Jake was a really friendly approachable person, not your typical salesman, which immediately set us at ease. He listened to our needs and totally delivered. Jake and his team were really friendly, efficient and fast workers. Would highly recommend.
