Concept Glazing Ltd Opiniones

Was reluctant to replace my bay window as it had the original art deco stained glass windows which matched the door
Jake discussed various options & replicated the pattern exactly. Excellent installation with friendly ,competent workmen who cleared up everything. Would definitely recommend.

Huge thanks to Jake and the team. Our front door was old and broken. They fitted new composite door that looks fantastic and at a fair price, in only two hours. Really happy with the end result. Thanks Jake!

From the start of the process Jake has provided a first class service. Quote received on time, and was extremely competitive, the job carried out on the date agreed.
Dan and Josh who did the installation were very thorough, cleaned up exceptionally well, and we have no hesitation in recommending Concept Glazing.

So glad we found Concept Glazing Ltd, what a first class company. From our first meeting with Jake and Josh, they were so professional, friendly and informative. Fabulous quality windows and door which has transformed our house. Josh, Dan and Charlie who carried out the work were hard working and meticulous with their workmanship. They were so clean and tidy everyday, never rushing and always making sure everything was perfect. We would highly recommend Jake and his team, you couldn't get better!!!

As an architect its always been my policy to support good small family run companies in the construction industry that deliver as promised and Concept Glazing is one such company.
From initial contacts with Aimie to the on site survey and installation by Jake and his guys the process has been professional in a very friendly and helpful manner.
Concept Glazing installed a new porch front door with glazed screens and included the installation of a parcel drop box which I had purchased from “Iloveparcels”. Jake’s price was fair and the installation was neat and tidy, rubbish removed, completed on time and looks great.
Overall the quality of materials and workmanship was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Concept Glazing for any such future projects.

Grahame Abbotts

I cannot recommend Jake and his team highly enough. I had 8 windows and a new composite door fitted.

Windows and doors were completely guided by me with no pressure to spend on the higher side which I really appreciated. Jake offered guidence and expertise where needed.

Jake and his team installed the majority of my windows whilst I was on holiday, and I felt completely at ease with this.

Jake was really accommodating with some timescales that needed changing around due to my bathroom being fitted at the same time. So flexible. I came back to beautiful windows and no signs they had even been there (My door was completed before I left)

Tidy, reliable,great communication all round.
Thank you Jake the the Team 😊

We have used Concept glazing twice now. We called them back to work on our new property after they did such a good job at our previous home. Their attention to detail is very high, and the team are very polite and professional. Extremely good value for money, and a high level of service. Thanks team!

Jake is Concept Glass. He could see the vision we had, detailed quote and software images showed us what to expect. The team arrived promptly, were polite, tidy, did an amazing job with our new front door and ground floor windows replaced with interstitial blinds. Has transformed our house. No hesitation in recommending, and will use again.

Jake Josh and Daniel were a great team. Very polite and courteous. Arrived promptly and worked cleanly and efficiently. Product was first class and it was a pleasure having them in our home. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

A great service - personable, respectful, courteous and efficient. 😀

Really impressed with Jake’s approach to explaining the products, the timeline from confirming the order to installation and the installation itself.
We are so pleased with our new door and would definitely use concept glazing again.

Jake and team were fantastic at all stages! They helped us with the design to work out the best layout and how it would look visually once fitted. On the day on fitting, they were quick, professional and tidy workers. The window looks fantastic and we would highly recommend them!

Quality,professional workmanship.
Very pleased with installation. Jake and his colleague did a great job of our French doors.
We will use Concept glazing again in the future.

I do not normally give 5 star ratings but have no hesitation in doing so for Jake and his team. From the moment he came to our house to discuss and show options for our thatched cottage, he could not have been more helpful. The fitting was done with minimal fuss and each day always ended with everything been cleaned and tidied away. As to the final product, we are absolutely delighted. The attention to detail and finish is excellent. Highly recommended.

The whole process from order to completed installation was perfect
We are so delighted with our tilt and turn windows and new door with a giant port hole
We will be booking Jake to return as soon as we can to install a few more windows as we get the money
You won’t regret getting this team in to improve your home
Believe me
My daughter recommended them and I’ve recommended into other family and friends

Great service, perfect job well done.

Excellent service by Jake and his team from start to finish. Work carried out to a high standard in a very efficient way, cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended local firm

Jake and the team at Concept were first-class from start to finish. We were having the whole of our house fitted with new doors and windows so we shopped around to get a fair price and compare the different companies locally.

Right from the initial meeting, Jake was really personable, highly knowledgable and provided good, honest advice about the process. Jake was very consultative, providing help where required and good recommendations. The key part for us was that Jake actually listened to what we needed and genuinely cared about getting the job done the right way for us.

I would highly recommend Concept Glazing and I will definitely be using them again. 5 out of 5 from me!

We were delighted with Concept Glazing from start to finish. As well as giving us an idea of what each window would look like on his iPad, rather than just giving us brochures, Jake was the only company to bring a mock-up window for us to look at. This was one of the reasons that we chose to go with them, as well as knowing that Jake would be installing the windows himself, with his partner, Josh, rather than handing this over to someone else. We also took our time deciding who to go with, as we had twenty four windows and two doors, in a thatched cottage, to be replaced.
From the start, both Jake and Josh were very polite and always arrived on time. Their workmanship was excellent and they left the house spotless at the end of each day.
Both my husband and I are so pleased that we chose Concept Glazing and would highly recommend them to anyone considering changing their windows or doors.

Polite, thorough & tidy. Very impressed with the work done by the team, excellent advice and attention to detail.

Will be using again in the future.
