Sendung kam aus China. Sunscreen Face&Body 50 enthält Titanium Dioxide! Einmal eingeschmiert und einen ordentlichen Sonnenbrand nach nur 25min im Garten an der Sonne gekriegt! Finger weg von diesem Zeug, das ist bestimmt keine Sonnencreme.

Scam. The website claims there are only 8 ingredients but this product contains Titanium Dioxide which is a harmful chemical and NOT listed on their website. Disgusting.

Used this on my children today in the sun and they got burnt to a crisp. Do not use this product

As others have mentioned - this is a scam site out of China, generated by AI. The main ingredient is toxic and not advertised on their website. They mentioned I could have an immediate 50% refund and when I confirmed - no response - after several follow-ups. Shameful but lesson learnt. Don’t make the same mistake

Total scam, don't fall for it. They even send you emails to keep you happy though, it's crazy. How do these people sleep at night? It is not a natural sunscreen it is not even a sunscreen. Silly me.

Took a month to arrive from China. Box arrived sealed but damaged. There is no scan code on the box and it looks cheap. The product is very thin, does not disolve well on your skin. I have put it straight in the bin.

Total scam - took more than a month to receive my delivery, and when it finally arrived from China, the packaging was so bad that both the box and the tube itself were damaged. I tried it, and I concur with other reviewers that it doesn't work at all. I think the entire 'back story' is AI-generated. Don't be fooled by it.

Have reported the company to Action Fraud UK. Have not received product and as others have said, it says being shipped from China. Everyone on this page should do the same to ensure the company is shut down.

3 weeks no tallow sunscreen and if I ever did get it in a couple weeks time then as per all the other reviews now appearing it will not be the 8 natural ingredients described.

I ordered ( and paid for) the sun protection moisturiser on May 14th.

It never arrived despite being told it was on its way - from China!, even though it's supposed to be made in the UK.

The tracking information made no sense, showing it was supposedly received by Yodel (UK), yet two weeks later it's in China.

It's nonsense and a total scam - avoid!!

Having read these reviews I contacted the website to ask to cancel my order, all weekend I have been pinging messages back and forth and now I have an email saying it has been despatched, with them knowing full well I don’t want it. I shall refuse the parcel when it comes but am not in any way hopeful of getting any form of refund. Bunch of scammers. Steer well clear.

It’s just another scam. Cream has more ingredients than they advertise, it comes from china and it doesn’t protect you from the sun whatsoever

I bought the confidita sun cream with evidently not enough research. It took weeks to arrive and it’s not sunscreen. I put it on my children and they absolutely fried after an hour in the sun. £75 for a cheap moisturiser. Absolutely not what it said in the advertising.

I made the order weeks ago. I haven't received it as they claim between 6-10 business days. Just checked tracking and it says its coming from China!! It won't arrive ofr another 5 days. I am sorry but I have to question how ethically sourced this product is. I have requested for a refund 3 times now with nothing more but being sent a tracking link. ITS A SCAM!

At best I say they have a lot of misinformation on the sales sites however if I am honest I think it’s outright lies!
For one the items (eventually) arrived and had a completely different brand name - Not Confidita! “Make sure you only buy Confidita”!was a strong message on their Facebook clip! Also many more ingredients in the product that the 8 claimed in the sites including Octocrylene! I replied to the welcome email 11 times with no response! Another unhappy customer gave me a different email address and I did get a response, a very long response which I am sure was AI assisted! They agreed they maybe should have explained the branding and the chemicals at point of sale but didn’t mention a refund which I had asked for so I responded again asking for them to honour their 90 money back guarantee, they then asked me to fill in a form and send pictures which I did and was them offered a 50% refund and keep the sun cream or a 100% refund, return the items to their warehouse in china - at my own expense and once the items get to china I would (??) get my refund, apparently they don’t have a local/UK warehouse! The saga continues!
My honest advice keep clear of this company, too many lies. I don’t believe you would be able to trust any of their products.

Unfortunately I think this one is a bit of a marketing scam. I bought the Confidita Face & Body SPF50 Sunscreen and it came in super cheap tubes with stickers stuck on them. To be honest I really suspect that this is just a bog standard moisturiser that they are pretending in an eco cream. Like other reviews I have seen online I don't believe there is any SPF in there and have gotten burnt wearing it. I would love to know of a laboratory to send it to to get it tested, otherwise how do we know what's in it. The company is owned in a diffierent name to the one that they are using to market this product, I think with the slightest bit of grief they'll just change name and set up again marketing the product in another name. I should have known better as there was not trace of this company online and no reviews when I purchased it - I will do better research and buy from reputable companies the next time. I am 100% sure this is cheap lotion and they are lying about what is in it.

I ordered the SPF50 suncream for my granddaughter aged 3 sensitive skin. Thankfully I tried it myself first it came branded Eelhoe I plastered it on 30 mins before going out in the garden 23 deg for less than two hours. I was badly burnt. I reported it and they fobbed me off. It’s very dangerous. The marketing is very convincing I have also lost £57

Ordered Confidita's Tallow Nourish SPF sun cream claiming to have only 8 natural ingredients, it has octocrylene, titanium dioxide, isohexa-decane and some others.

Also ordered their retinol serum claiming to be non toxic (scored low on Yukka) and some face tape.

All came separately, would like to return the suncream and tape. No email address, only contact form on website which I completed. Will update here if I hear back from them.
